Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Kristen Tagari Toraja Utara. Model evaluasi yang dipergunakan ialah model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pencapaian tentang program yang sudah dilaksanakan disekolah. Pendekatan kualitatif dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh peneliti melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Kristen Tagari dengan informan penelitian yaitu koordinator dan guru bimbingan konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek context dari hasil analisis ketercapaian mendapat skor tinggi dengan demikin dapat dikatakan aspek context berjalan dengan baik, aspek input berada pada kategori skor sedang dengan hasil ini bisa diperlukan tindak lanjut untuk pengoptimalan dan aspek proses serta produk mendapat skor rendah dengan ini dapat dikatakan bahwa aspek proses dan produk perlu tindak lanjut yang berkaitan dengan proses peminatan siswa, keterampilan guru bimbingan konseling, pengadministrasian, evaluasi serta kemandirian siswa dan pengarsipan prestasi siswa sehingga program bimbingan konseling yang dilaksanakan di SMK Kristen Tagari belum semuanya berjalan dengan baik masih terdapat kekurangan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Sehingga peneliti memasukan beberapa rekomendasi yaitu 1) perlu penambahan jumlah guru bimbingan konseling sesuai dengan kualifikasi lulusan S1 Bimbingan Konseling; 2) dokumen pengarsipan siswa perlu diadakan; 3) pemenuhan sarana prasarana seperti komputer, ruangan konseling dan ruang bimbingan konseling perlu di renovasi atau di pindahkan ke ruangan yang lebih besar agar proses pelayanan konseling lebih tertata baik. Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program,CIPP, Bimbingan Konseling. / This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the guidance and counseling program at Tagari Christian Vocational School Toraja Utara as a form of effort from Tagari Christian Vocational School to support students in solving problems and optimizing the development of their independence and student potential. The evaluation model used is the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model to obtain an overview and achievement of programs that have been implemented in schools. This study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation method. Data obtained by researchers through interviews and observation. This research was conducted at Tagari Christian Vocational School with research informants, namely the counseling guidance coordinator and the guidance counseling teacher. The results of the research carried out show that the context aspect from the results of the achievement analysis gets a high score, so it can be said that the context aspect is going well, the input aspect is in the moderate score category with these results requiring follow-up for optimization and the process and product aspects get a low score With this it can be said that the process and product aspects need follow-up related to the process of specializing students, the skills of counseling teachers, administration, evaluation and student independence and archiving of student achievement so that the guidance and counseling program implemented at Christian Tagari Vocational School has not all gone well. there are deficiencies that need to be improved. So the authors provide several recommendations, namely 1) it is necessary to increase the number of guidance and counseling teachers in accordance with the qualifications of graduates of the Bachelor of Counseling Guidance; 2) documents for filing specialization and student achievement need to be made; 3) the fulfillment of infrastructure such as computers, counseling rooms and counseling guidance rooms needs to be renovated or moved to a larger room so that they can be arranged in accordance with the standard operational guidelines for implementing guidance counseling in schools (POPBK).
