Abstract

Adapun latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah 1) Apakah Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru pada sekolah SMP YOS SUDARSO DOBO?. 2) Apakah Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru pada sekolah SMP YOS SUDARSO DOBO?. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Sekolah SMP Yos Sudarso Dobo dan Untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Sekolah SMP Yos Sudarso Dobo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di SMP Yos Sudarso Dobo yang terletak di jalan Mutiara Nomor.132.Kecamatan Pulau-pulau Aru. Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Provinsi Maluku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan menggunakan 26 responden sebagai populasi dan sampel. untuk menghitung masing-masing indikator, mengunakan skala likert dan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diubah menjadi data kuantitatif untuk mengubah data kualitatif ke data kuantitatif mengunakan Method Succesive Interval (MSI). Melalui metode MSI hasil kuesioner data ordinal di transformasikan ke data interval, sedangkan untuk menguji instrument penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis data Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas kuesioner. Selanjutnya digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mencari persamaan regresi. Selanjutnya melakukan uji koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t secara parsial Motivasi memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dan Disiplin kerja memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Guru. / The background of this research problem is 1) Does motivation affect teacher performance at YOS SUDARSO DOBO Junior High School?. 2) Does Work Discipline affect Teacher Performance at YOS SUDARSO DOBO Junior High School?. The objectives of this study are: To identify the effect of motivation on teacher performance at Yos Sudarso Dobo Junior High School and to identify the effect of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Yos Sudarso Dobo Junior High School. This research includes the type of associative research. The research location is Yos Sudarso Dobo Junior High School which is located at Mutiara street Number .132. Aru Islands District, Aru Islands District. Maluku Province. The research method used in this study was a questionnaire and used 26 respondents as the population and sample. to calculate each indicator, using a Likert scale and the data in this study used qualitative data obtained from the questionnaire which was converted into quantitative data to convert qualitative data to quantitative data using the Succesive Interval (MSI) Method. Through the MSI method, the results of the ordinal data questionnaire were transformed into interval data, while to test the research instrument using data analysis techniques, the Validity and Reliability Test of the questionnaire. Furthermore, simple linear regression analysis is used to find the regression equation. Next, do the coefficient of determination test to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. And to test the hypothesis using t test (partial). The results showed that in testing the hypothesis using the t-test partially Motivation has a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation on teacher performance and work discipline has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between work discipline on teacher performance.
