Abstract

SDM merupakan modal fundamental bagi hasil suatu organisasi. Hasil suatu organisasi tidak dapat dibedakan dari kemajuan pameran para pekerjanya. Wakil yang hebat adalah pekerja yang memiliki eksekusi yang hebat, kesetiaan yang tinggi dan dapat mempertanggung jawabkan pekerjaannya. Eksekusi representatif yang hebat dapat dilakukan dengan dukungan keadaan alam yang baik, lingkungan yang berwibawa dan penggunaan disiplin kerja. Kehati-hatian yang representatif dalam mengikuti pedoman yang tepat diharapkan dapat menjadikan disiplin kerja. Popuasi yang digunakan adalahseluruh pekerja berjumla 40 orang. Jenis informasi pemeriksaan adalah informasi kuantitatif dan sumber informasi adalah informasi penting dan tambahan. Pemilahan informasi diselesaikan dengan menyampaikan survei, persepsi, dan persepsi. Penanganan informasi memanfaatkan bantuan pemograman SPSS untuk melakukan berbagai pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung, dampak positif dan kritis disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap pelaksanaan Perwakilan (Y) di Kantor Kelurahan Cawang nilait hitung sebesar 0,439 < t tabel(1,685 ) ) dan sig (0,663). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan kritis iklimorganisasi (X2) terhadap eksekusi pekerja (Y) di kantor kelurahan Cawang dengan nilai t 4,653 > t tabel (1,685) dan sig (0,001). Dari uji ANOVA atau uji F peroleh nilai F yang ditentukan sebesar 14,710 dengan taraf sig 0,001 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja,Iklim Orgnisasi, Kinerja Pegawai. / Human resources are the main capital for achieving the success of an agency. The success of an agency is inseparable from the success of the performance of its employees. Good employees are employees who have good performance, high loyalty and are able to be responsible for their work. Good employee performance can be created with the support of good environmental conditions, good organizational climate and the application of work discipline. Awareness of employees in complying with applicable regulations is needed to create work discipline. The population used in this study were all employees, totaling 40 employees. The type of research data is quantitative data and data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires, observation and observations. Data processing using SPSS software assistance to carry out multiple linear regression analysis, positive and significant influence of work discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Cawang Village Office with a t count value of 0.439 <t table (1.685) and sig (0.663). There is a Positive and Significant Influence of Organizational Climate (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Cawang Village Office with a t count of 4,653 > t table (1,685) and sig (0.001). From the ANOVA test or F test, the calculated F value is 14,710 with a sig level of 0.001 <0.05 Keywords: Work Discipline, Organizational Climate, Employee Performance "
