Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat melibatkan perhatian terhadap berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh pada kesehatan, termasuk aspek-aspek seperti nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik. Salah satu tantangan kesehatan yang dihadapi di Indonesia adalah masalah Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), yang jumlah kasusnya telah meningkat sejak tahun 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, dengan 119 responden yang berpartisipasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar dari responden memiliki gambaran tingkat pengetahuan yang baik mengenai gaya hidup sehat (63,9%), gambaran sikap yang positif terhadap gaya hidup sehat (54,6%), dan gambaran perilaku yang sehat (98,3%). Kesimpulannya, mayoritas mahasiswa angkatan 2022 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia memiliki gambaran tingkat pengetahuan yang baik mengenai gaya hidup sehat, gambaran sikap yang positif terhadap gaya hidup sehat, dan gambaran perilaku yang sehat. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Sikap, Perilaku, Gaya Hidup Sehat. / A healthy lifestyle involves paying attention to various factors that affect health, including aspects such as nutrition and physical activity. One of the health challenges faced in Indonesia is the problem of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), the number of cases of which has increased since 2010. This study used a descriptive quantitative observational method with a cross-sectional design, with 119 respondents participating. The results showed that most of the respondents had a picture of a good level of knowledge regarding a healthy lifestyle (63,9%), a picture of a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle (54,6%), and a picture of healthy behavior (98,3%). In conclusion, the majority of 2022 students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Kristen Indonesia have a good level of knowledge about healthy lifestyles, a positive attitude towards healthy lifestyles, and healthy behavior.
