Abstract

Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UKM di Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur.Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aset terpenting di setiap perusahaan. Kesuksesan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh kegiatan pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia yang tepat. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan seorang pemimpin dalam berinteraksi dengan bawahannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan dalam suatu kelompok organisasi harus menjalankan disiplin kerja supaya dapat menigkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam bidang kemampuan sehingga setiap karyawan dapat mengerjakan tugas atau target yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong kinerja para karyawan agar dapat berada ditingkat optimal sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM di Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 26.Hasil penelitian secara uji probabilitas (Sig) menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM di Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur berhubungan signifikan karena 0,001< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima, variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM di Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur berhubungan signifikan karena 0,001< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima dan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM di Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur berhubungan signifikan karena karena 0,002< 0,05 (Sig< 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan UKM. / Relationship of leadership style with work discipline on employee performance SME at Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur. Human resources are one of the most important assets in every company. The success of a company or organization is largely determined by the proper utilization of human resources. Leadership style is one of the ways used by a leader in interacting with his subordinates. To achieve the goals in a group, the organization must carry out work discipline so that it can improve employee performance in the field of ability so that each employee can do the tasks or targets given. Therefore, leadership style and work discipline are needed to encourage the performance of employees so that they can be at an optimal level according to their respective abilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work discipline on the performance of SME employees at Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS Version 26. The results of the study using a probability test (Sig) showed that the leadership style variable on the performance of SME employees at Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur was significantly related because 0.001 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha was accepted, the work discipline variable on the performance of SME employees at Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur was significantly related because 0.001 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha was accepted and the leadership style variable with work discipline on the performance of SME employees at Warung BEAQ Sukamakmur was significantly related because 0.002 < 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) so Ha is accepted.
