Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian internal, kemampuan pengguna dan tekonologi informasi terhadap kualitas sistem information akuntansi di PT VK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada pegawai perusahaan yang diteliti dan regresi linear berganda di gunakan sebagai alat analisis statistik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan PT VK khususnya yang bekerja di Biro Keuangan, Biro Sumber Daya Manusia, Umum dan Teknologi Information, Sistem Pengendalian Iinternal, Biro Pemasaran, Biro Operasi, Biro Teknik dan Biro Sistem Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pengendalin internal, kemampuan pengguna dan teknologi information memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem information akuntansi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal yang di jalankan dengan baik, kemampuan pengguna berkualitas serta penggunaan teknologi yang canggih dapat membantu perusahaan dalam peningkatan kualitas sistem informasai akuntansi yang digunakan. Kata kunci: Pengendalian Internal, Kemampuan Pengguna, Teknologi Information, Kualitas Sistem Information Akuntansi. / This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: the effect of internal control, user capabilities and information technology on the quality of accounting information systems at PT Virama Karya (Persero). The research method used is a quantitative method. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to the employees of the company under study. The results of this study indicate that either partially or simultaneously internal control, user capabilities and information technology have a significant influence on the quality of accounting information systems. This shows that well-executed internal control, good user capabilities and the use of sophisticated technology make the accounting information system more qualified.
