Abstract

Masalah yang ditemukan oleh peneliti yaitu kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa untuk menerapkan kedisiplinan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari karakter mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen, seperti belum berpakain sesuai dengan peraturan fakultas, belum menjaga kebersihan kelas setelah selesai proses pembelajaran, belum mempertanggungjawabkan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen, datang terlambat sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, kurangnya rasa ketertiban diri untuk tentram dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Disiplin sebagai Nilai Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan Sikap Belajar Positif mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2016, 2107, 2018, 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Statistik SPSS Versi 25.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi sederhana (r) diketahui korelasi antara Disiplin sebagai Nilai Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan Sikap Belajar Positifmahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 (r) adalah 0,571. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara Disiplin sebagai Nilai Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan Sikap Belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, sedangkan arah hubungannya adalah positif karena nilai (r) positif. Berarti semakin baik penerapan disiplin yang dilakukan oleh kampus Universitas Kristen Indonesia kepada mahasiswa, maka akan semakin tinggi sikap belajar positif mahasiswa Program studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Hal lain juga dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (4,815) > ttabel (2,011) dan P value (0,000 < 0,05), jadi H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada hubungan secara signifikan antara Disiplin sebagai Nilai Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan Sikap Belajar Positif Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin sebagai Nilai Universitas Kristen Indonesia dengan Sikap Belajar Positif Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, terbukti. Kata kunci: Disiplin, Sikap Belajar Positif / The problem that the researcher found was the lack of student awareness to apply discipline. This can be seen from the character of the students of the Christian Religious Education Study Program, such as not wearing clothes according to the faculty regulations, not maintaining the cleanliness of the class after completing the learning process, not being responsible for assignments given by lecturers, arriving late before learning begins, lack of sense of self-order for peace in the classroom. This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline as a value of the Christian University of Indonesia and the positive learning attitudes of students of the Christian Religious Education Study Program class of 2016, 2107, 2018, 2019. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the SPSS version 25.0 statistical analysis technique. The population in this study consisted of 50 student respondents from the Christian Religious Education Study Program class of 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Based on the results of a simple correlation analysis (r), it is known that the correlation between Discipline as the Value of the Christian University of Indonesia and the Positive Learning Attitude of students of the Christian Religious Education Study Program class 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 (r) is 0.571. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between Discipline as the Value of the Christian University of Indonesia and the Learning Attitudes of students of the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 Christian Religious Education Study Program, while the direction of the relationship is positive because the value (r) is positive. This means that the better the application of discipline by the Indonesian Christian University campus to students, the higher the positive learning attitude of the Christian Religious Education Study Program students. Another thing can also be seen that tcount (4,815) > ttable (2,011) and P value (0,000 < 0.05), so it is rejected and accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between Discipline as a Value of the Indonesian Christian University with the Positive Learning Attitudes of Study Program Students. So the hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant relationship between Discipline as the Value of the Christian University of Indonesia and the Positive Learning Attitudes of Students of the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 Christian Religious Education Study Program is proven.
