Abstract

Stroke terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu stroke iskemik (SNH) dan stroke hemoragik (SH). Terdapat beberapa faktor memperburuk keadaan stroke seperti jenis kelamin, usia, hipertensi, jantung dan diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil pasien stroke dengan hipertensi, jantung dan diabetes melitus di RSU UKI. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dari data rekam medis RSU UKI periode Januari 2020 sampai Juli 2022. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 74 pasien stroke terdiri atas 52 pasien SNH (70,3%) dan 22 pasien SH (29,7%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, pria sebanyak 45 pasien (60,8%) lebih banyak daripada wanita. Kelompok usia 61 – 70 tahun memiliki insidensi tertinggi stroke sebesar 31 pasien (41,9%). Hasil penelitian stroke dengan hipertensi sebanyak 70 pasien (94,6%), stroke dengan penyakit jantung sebanyak 48 pasien (64,9%) dan stroke dengan diabetes melitus sebanyak 29 pasien (39,2%). Kata kunci: stroke, hipertensi, jantung, diabetes melitus / Stroke is divided into ischemic stroke (SNH) and haemorrhagic stroke (SH). There are several inhibiting factors for stroke such as gender, age, hypertension, heart disease and diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the profile of stroke patients with hypertension, heart disease and diabetes mellitus at RSU UKI. The design used a descriptive method from RSU UKI’s medical record data for the period January 2020 to July 2022. The results showed that 74 stroke patients consisted of 52 SNH patients (70.3%) and 22 SH patients (29.7%). Based on gender, men were 45 patients (60.8%) more than women. The age group of 61-70 years had the highest incidence of stroke with 31 patients (41.9%). The results of the study were stroke with hypertension in 70 patients (94.6%), stroke with heart disease in 48 patients (64.9%) and stroke with diabetes mellitus in 29 patients (39.2%).
