Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan bagian terpenting yang harus dicapai manusia untuk memperoleh wawasan pengetahuan, informasi serta apresiasi dari lingkungan sekitar. Dengan adanya pendidikan tersebut manusian akan lebih terarah dalam menjalani kehidupan. Di setiap tingkat pendidikan individu memiliki pemahaman serta pengetahuan yang luas. Dalam lingkungan masyarakat terdapat tingkat kondisi ekonomi, meliputi kondisi ekonomi yang tinggi, kondisi ekonomi menengah, dan kondisi ekonomi rendah. Perbedaan status kondisi ekonomi tersebut erat kaitannya dengan tingkatan pendidikan atau jenjang karier yang akan dipilih oleh individu tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pemilihan karier siswa kelas XII SMAN 61 Jakarta berdasarkan kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif metode kuesioner dengan pendekatan cross sectional survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini ialah Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. Dengan responden yang berjumlah 150 siswa IPS dan MIPA dalam tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Dari hasil survey diperoleh 12 (44,4%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier tinggi masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi tinggi, 11 (40,7%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier tinggi masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi menengah, berikutnya terdapat 4 (14,8%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier tinggi masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi kebawah. Terdapat 19 (57,6%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier sedang masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi tinggi, 3 (9,1%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier sedang masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi menengah, 11 (33,3%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier sedang masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi bawah. Terdapat 2 (66,7%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier rendah masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi tinggi, tidak terdapat siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier sedang masuk di dalam kelompok siswa yang berekonomi tinggi, 1 (33,3%) siswa memiliki profil pemilihan karier rendah masuk di kelompok siswa yang berekonomi kebawah. Sedangkan untuk status kondisi ekonomi yang memiliki tingkat ekonomi tinggi berjumlah 36 orang, ekonomi sedang 37 orang dan ekonomi rendah 77 orang. Berdasarkan tingkat ekonomi siswa, rata-rata orang tua siswa dikategorikan dalam ekonomi rendah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan berdasarkan pengukuran data dengan “Kruskal Wallis Test” Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,438 > 0,05 yang mana tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara profil pemilihan karier menurut siswa berdasarkan kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Kata kunci: Kondisi Ekonomi Keluarga, Profil Pemilihan Karier, Siswa SMAN 61 Jakarta. / Education is the most important part that must be achieved by humans to gain insight into knowledge, information and appreciation of the surrounding environment. With this education, humans will be more focused in living life. At each level of education, individuals have broad understanding and knowledge. Within the community, there are levels of economic conditions, including high economic conditions, medium economic conditions, and low economic conditions. The difference in the status of economic conditions is closely related to the level of education or career path that the individual will choose. This study aims to determine the career selection profile of class XII students of SMAN 61 Jakarta based on family economic conditions. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire method with a cross sectional survey approach. The sampling technique in this study is Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. With respondents totaling 150 IPS and MIPA students in the 2022/2023 school year. From the survey results, it was found that 12 (44.4%) students with a high career choice profile were included in the group of students with high economy, 11 (40.7%) students had a high career selection profile and were included in the group of students with medium economy, the next there were 4 (14.8%) students who have a high career choice profile are included in the group of students with low economic income. There are 19 (57.6%) students who have a moderate career choice profile in the group of students with high economy, 3 (9.1%) students have a moderate career selection profile in the middle class group of students, 11 (33.3%) students who have a career selection profile are in the lower economic class group of students. There are 2 (66.7%) students who have a low career selection profile are included in the high-economic group of students, there are no students who have a moderate career selection profile are included in the high-economic group of students, 1 (33.3%) students have a selection profile Low careers are included in the group of students with lower economics. As for the status of economic conditions that have a high economic level, 36 people, medium economy 37 people and low economy 77 people. Based on the economic level of students, the average student's parents are categorized in low economy. The results of the study concluded that based on the measurement of data with the "Kruskal Wallis Test" Asymp.Sig of 0.438 > 0.05, which means there is no significant difference between career choice profiles according to students based on family economic conditions.
