Abstract

Sumber daya manusia membentuk pondasi kunci dalam keberlangsungan organisasi. Terdapat dinamika dan seni tersendiri dalam memanajemen tenaga untuk hasil yang keberhasilan jalannya organisasi. Dalam hal ini sumber daya manusia ini berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Pegawai atau tenaga kerja sebagai sumber daya dalam organisasi memiliki peranan kunci untuk organisasi mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hal ini berpijak dari penelitian statistik dan pengumpulan data dengan populasi tertentu sebagai instrument penelitian. Metode kuantitatif bermaksud mengecek hipotesis yang dirumuskan, Pengumpulan data melalaui pemberian pertanyaan terhadap responden, dengan t tabel sebagai signifikansi 0,05, besaran sampel (n) 30, dan derajat otonom (db) n-2 28 untuk pengecekan dua arah yakni 2.048. Berlandaskan rekapan di atas diraih t hitung (4,084) lebih besar dari t tabel (2.048) dan nilai sig (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang bermakna adanya korelasi krusial antara komunikasi dengan kinerja pegawai. kemudian t tabel pada taraf relevansi 0,05, total sampel (n) 30, dan derajat otonom (db) n-2 28 untuk penimbangan dua arah yaitu 2.048. berasaskan rekapan didapati t hitung (3,826) lebih besar dari t tabel (2.048) dan nilai sig (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang bermakna terjadi signifikansi antara fasilitas kerja dengan kinerja para pegawai yang bekerja dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sebaiknya pimpinan tetap selalu memberikan informasi yang dapat dipahami pegawai dan evaluasi selalu dilakukan secara berskala. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, hendaknya kantor kelurahan dapat benar-benar menyediakan petunjuk pengoperasian fasilitas sehingga memudahkan penggunanya dan fasilitas dan perlatan komunikasi yang tersedia disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Disampingan itu perlu disiapkan ruang istirahatyang memadai bagi pegawai. Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja pegawai. / The building blocks of an organization's sustainability are its human resources. The art and dynamic of managing energy for outcomes that advance an organization exist. In this instance, human resources have an impact on an organization's success. Employees play a crucial role in helping the firm achieve its objectives as resources or labor. The methodology is quantitative in nature. This is based on statistical analysis and the gathering of data using a particular population as the research instrument. To improve employee performance, the leadership should always provide information that can be understood by employees and evaluations are always carried out on a scale. To improve employee performance, the sub-district office should be able to provide instructions for the operation of the facility so as to make it easier for its users and the available communication facilities and equipment tailored to their needs.
