Abstract
Di era globalisasi saat ini, bisnis harus mampu bersaing dengan bisnis lainnya. Perusahaan mengandalkan kualitas sumber daya manusianya untuk memberikan standar pelayanan tertinggi. Untuk memberikan layanan dengan kualitas terbaik, organisasi layanan bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusianya, yang sering dikenal dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menghitung dan mengevaluasi pengaruh antara rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan kerja di PT. Layanan Global Atalian khususnya. Perusahaan yang berlokasi di Jalan TB Simatupang No. 2 Cilandak Timur dan menyediakan layanan Sampel terdiri dari 30 kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan, dan metodologi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Rekrutmen serentak berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Thitung (3,904) > ttabel (2,0555) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,1% 5%, sebagaimana ditentukan dari temuan penelitian. Dengan nilai Thitung (2,427) > ttabel (2,0555) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,22%<5%, diketahui bahwa pemilihan merangkap memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job Placement diketahui memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Thitung (3.795) > ttabel (2.0555) dan taraf signifikan 0.1%< 5%. Peneliti menyarankan PT. Atalian Global Service untuk menempatkan karyawan pada posisi yang tepat secara efektif dan efisien guna menjaga kualitas reputasi perusahaan, serta terus melakukan evaluasi kinerja guna mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. / In the current era of globalization, businesses must be capable of competing with other businesses. Companies that rely largely on the quality of their human resources to give the highest standard of service. To deliver the highest quality service, a service organization relies on the quality of its human resources, often known as employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that calculates and evaluates the effect between recruiting, selection, and work placement at PT. Atalian Global Service in particular. The outsourcing firm is located at Jalan TB Simatupang No. 2 East Cilandak and provides services. The sample consisted of 30 questionnaires filled out by employees, and the sampling methodology employed was saturation sampling. Recruitment concurrently has a substantial effect on employee performance with a value of Tcount (3.904)> ttable (2.0555) and a significance level of 0.1% 5%, as determined by the findings of the study. With a value of Tcount (2.427)> ttable (2.0555) and a significance level of 0.22%<5%, it is known that selecting concurrently has a substantial influence on employee performance. Job Placement is recognized to have a substantial influence on employee performance with a value of Tcount (3.795)> ttable (2.0555) and a significant level of 0.1%<5%. The researcher advised PT. Atalian Global Service, based on the research findings, to place employees in the right positions effectively and efficiently in order to maintain the quality of the company's reputation, and to continue evaluating performance in order to achieve the company's vision and mission.
