Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor yang paling utama didalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi, dimana sumber daya manusia menjadi pemikir, penggerak, dan perencana untuk menentukan perkembangan organisasi kearah yang lebih baik. Anggota kurang termotivasi dalam latihan, Komitmen organisasi anggota yang rendah, penulis berharap mahasiswa UKOM UKI dapat meningkatkan kualitas baik secara individu maupun sebagai sebuah tim sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiasi kausal serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode asosiasi kausal adalah penelitian yang digunakan untuk membuktikan sejauh mana hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hubungan kausal adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) anggota organisasi sepakbola UKOM UKI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Komitmen, Motivasi, terhadap organizational citizenship behavior khususnya pada UKOM sepakbola UKI, diketahui bahwa secara simultan Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai thitung ˃ ttabel yaitu 6,218˃ 2.048 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05%<5%. Diketahui bahwa secara simultan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai t hitung ˃ ttabel yaitu 8,842˃ 2.048 dengan tingkat signifikan 0%<5%. Dalam hal ini, UKOM UKI diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi para anggotanya dengan pemberian reward, baik berupa materiil maupun non-materiil. Bentuk-bentuk penghargaan lain juga perlu diberikan agar supaya motivasi para anggota tetap terjaga pada level yang tinggi. Kata kunci: Komitmen organisasi, Motivasi, organizational citizenship behaviour./ Human resources are the most important factor in running an organization, where human resources become thinkers, movers, and planners to determine the development of the organization towards a better direction. Members are less motivated in training, members' organizational commitment is low, the authors hope that UKOM UKI students can improve their quality both individually and as a team according to the targets that have been set. The research method used in this study is the causal association method and uses a quantitative approach. The causal association method is a research used to prove the extent of the relationship between two or more variables. A causal relationship is a causal relationship. Organizational commitment and motivation have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) members of the UKOM UKI football organization. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence between commitment, motivation, on organizational citizenship behavior, especially at UKI soccer UKOM, it was known that simultaneously commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a value of tcount ttable ie 6.218˃ 2.048 with a significant level of 5%. It is known that simultaneously motivation has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a value of t count t table that is 8.842 2.048 with a significant level of 5%. In this case, UKI UKOM is expected to increase the motivation of its members by providing rewards, both material and non-material. Other forms of appreciation also need to be given so that the motivation of the members is maintained at a high level.
