Abstract
“Pengaruh Pencampuran Aspal Modifikasi Serbuk Karet Ban Pada Campuran Aspal Beton Dengan Filler Abu Terbang Menggunakan Parameter Marshall”penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa penggunaan serbuk ban dan abu terbang dapat digunakan dalam bahan tambahan di perkerasan jalan dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan tanpa perendaman dan dengan perendaman apakah ini dapat memiliki dampak positif atau negatif pada perkerasan jalan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yaitu pengujian aspal campuran panas dengan metode Marshall yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Jalan Raya Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Untuk hasil uji marshall tanpa perendaman pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini didapatkan nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) 100 % dengan nilai 1306,45 kg dan untuk hasil uji marshall dengan perendaman pada penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) 100 % dengan nilai 1166,27 kg yaitu berarti penguncian antar partikel agregat dan daya ikat aspal terhadap agregat menjadi lebih kuat, jadi semakin ditambah kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) akan semakin meningkat nilai stabilitasnya. Dengan demikian untuk benda uji tanpa perendaman dan dengan perendaman terbaik didapat pada kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) 100 %. Hasil yang didapat dari hasil perendaman terjadi penurunan nilai stabilitas terkecil di kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) 100% dari 1306,45 kg menjadi 1166,27 kg/mm yaitu sebesar 10,72984% dari campuran aspal modifikasi serbuk karet ban tanpa perendaman, dan Dari nilai Marshall Quotient dari hasil perendaman terjadi penurunan terkecil pada kadar filler Abu Terbang (Fly Ash) 75 % dari 352 kg menjadi 311,935 kg/mm yaitu sebesar 11,3821 % dari campuran aspal modifikasi serbuk karet ban tanpa perendaman. Di simpulkan bahwa Semakin lama waktu perendaman maka nilai stabilitas semakin rendah, dan semakin lama waktu perendaman maka nilai kelelehan semakin tinggi. Oleh karena itu, lamanya waktu perendaman dapat mempengaruhi nilai stabilitas dan nilai leleh (flow). Kata Kunci :Abu Terbang (Fly Ash), Serbuk Karet Ban, Perendaman,Stabilitas, Kelelehan, Aspal./ The Effect of Mixing Asphalt Modified Rubber Tire Powder on Asphalt Concrete Mixing With Fly Ash Filler Using Marshall Parameters" This study aims to determine that the use of tire powder and fly ash can be used in additives in road pavements and also to determine the effect of comparison without immersion and with immersion whether this can have a positive or negative impact on the pavement. In this study using an experimental method, namely testing hot mix asphalt with the Marshall method which was carried out at the Highway Laboratory of the Christian University of Indonesia. For the results of the marshall test without immersion in this research, the highest stability value was obtained at 100% Fly Ash (Fly Ash) filler with a value of 1306.45 kg and for the results of the marshall test with immersion in the research conducted, the highest stability value was obtained at the filler content. 100% Fly Ash (Fly Ash) with a value of 1166.27 kg, which means the locking between the aggregate particles and the binding capacity of the asphalt to the aggregate becomes stronger, so the more filler content of Fly Ash (Fly Ash) is added, the stability value will increase. Thus for the test object without immersion and with immersion the best obtained at 100% filler content of Fly Ash (Fly Ash). The results obtained from the immersion results in the smallest decrease in stability value in the 100% Fly Ash (Fly Ash) filler content from 1306.45 kg to 1166.27 kg/mm which is 10.72984% of the modified asphalt mixture of rubber tire powder without immersion, and From the Marshall Quotient value from the immersion there was the smallest decrease in the filler content of Fly Ash (Fly Ash) 75% from 352 kg to 311,935 kg/mm, which was 11.3821% from the modified asphalt mixture of rubber tire powder without soaking. It was concluded that the longer the immersion time, the lower the stability value, and the longer the immersion time, the higher the yield value.
