Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has hit various corners of humanity and has changed the human condition in the world, 24 November 2021 there were 4,254,443 people confirmed positive for COVID-19, there were 143,766 deaths (CFR: 3.4%) related to COVID-19 reported and 4,102,700 patients have recovered. The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of mothers who experienced layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic on student learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study found that 36% strongly agreed that mothers were able to develop their potential after being laid off and there were 8% of mothers who were unable to develop their potential after being laid off.
