Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dengan pembelajaran online di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada oenelitian ini terdiri dari 24 guru mata pelajaran umum, dan 40 orang guru mata pelajaran kejuruan, serta semua siswa kelas XI SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao yang terdiri dari 22 Rombel dengan Jumlah siswa 576 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal, yaitu terdapat korelasi positif antara kompetensi guru dengan pembelajaran Online di SMK Kristen Tagari hubungan antara kompetensi guru dengan pembelajaran online merupakan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan tidak dapat dipisahkan, terdapat korelasi positif antara kinerja guru dengan pembelajaran online di SMK Kristen Tagari, terdapat korelasi positif antara kompetensi guru dan kinerja guru dengan pembelajaran online di SMK Kristen Tagari. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Pembelajaran Online This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence with online learning at SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 24 general subject teachers and 40 vocational subject teachers, as well as all XI grade students of Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School which consisted of 22 groups with 576 students. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that there are several things, namely there is a positive correlation between teacher competence and online learning at the Tagari Christian Vocational School, the relationship between teacher competence and online learning is a very strong and inseparable relationship, there is a positive correlation between teacher performance. With online learning at Tagari Christian Vocational Schools, there is a positive correlation between teacher competence and teacher performance with online learning at Tagari Christian Vocational Schools.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Online Learning
