Abstract

Yovita Della, Mempertahankan Kinerja Guru- guru SD Saint Peter Kelapa Gading melalui Pembelajaran Daring, Tesis, Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha mempertahankan kinerja guru- guru SD Saint Peter Kelapa Gading melalui pembelajaran daring ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. SD Saint Peter Kelapa Gading menggunakan beragam aplikasi dari platform Microsoft 365 dan Zoom bagi seluruh proses pembelajaran dan interaksi antar guru dan karyawan serta peserta didik dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Penggunaan fitur- fitur dalam Microsoft 365 dan Zoom menjadi sendi dasar tata kelola administrasi sekolah yang dilakukan masing masing guru SD Saint Peter dan dimonitor oleh Kepala Sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data kualitatif dari pengamatan intensif di lapangan serta wawancara mendalam dengan melibatkan 6 informan yang terpilih diantara staf dan pengajar yang ada di unit SD Saint Peter. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini diperoleh informasi : 1. tentang adanya usaha keras mempertahankan kinerja guruguru dalam pembelajaran daring. 2.Kinerja guru dalam mempersiapkan, menjalankan serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran daring pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.3.Pembelajaran daring menggunakan beragam aplikasi digital melalui Zoom dan aplikasi- aplikasi dalam Microsoft 365 seperti Office, One Drive, Power Point, Form, Teams dapat membantu terciptanya kinerja guru yang efektif tanpa mengurangi kualitas pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: daring, kinerja guru, pembelajaran jarak jauh, SD Saint Peter./ Herpriyanti, Della Yovita, Simbolon, Bintang, Maintaining Teacher’s Performance of Saint Peter Primary School Kelapa Gading Teachers during Home Online Learning amidst COVID 19 Pandemic, 2021. This qualitative research which has purpose to analyze how to maintain teacher’s performance during home online learning is using descriptive analysis method. Saint Peter Primary School has been using Microsoft 365 and Zoom application in all process of teaching learning and interaction between colleagues and all students during the pandemic time. The use of digital application features have been formed the primary basis of school administration which is conducted individually by teacher of Saint Peter Primary School and was monitored by the school principal. This research was conducted by processing the qualitative data obtained from in-depth interview towards informants of school staff and teachers of Saint Peter Primary School. The data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interview towards informants and so was documentation. The subjects of this research are the school principal and also the teachers. In this qualitative research it is known that: 1. There’s severe effort to maintain the teachers’ performance during online learning. 2. The teachers’ performances in preparing, implementing and assessing the teaching learning during online learning are effective and efficient. 3. The use of digital applications in Microsoft 365 such as Office, One Drive, Power Point, Forms, Teams during the online learning in pandemic time creating effectiveness of teachers’ performance. Despite the all the weakness circumstances of home online learning, it is known that the quality of education is obviously adequate.
