Abstract

C.S., Niwalmars 2020, Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Menangani Peserta Didik yang Bermasalah Di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta. Tesis Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Pacasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), Jakarta, 148 Halaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1). Mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran PAK bisa terlaksana di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta. (2). Mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman guru PAK terhadap peserta didik yang bermasalah di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta, (3). Mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran PAK dalam menangani peserta didik yang bermasalah di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2020. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik yang beragama Kristen di kelas 7, 8 dan 9. Terdapat 36 orang dari 56 orang peserta didik Kristen secara keseluruhan dan juga 1 orang guru PAK. Pengambilan sampel penelitian diambil dari perwakilan 9 orang peserta didik dengan kriteria yang dianggap paling bermasalah (menunjukkan tindakan yang tidak pada umumnya dilakukan oleh peserta didik lain) dan 1 orang guru PAK. Penentuan sampel ini berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara kepada guru PAK dan kuesioner kepada 9 orang peserta didik.Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAK dalam menangani peserta didik yang bermasalah di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta belum efektif. Ada beberapa hal yang perlu dicapai agar bisa efektif sebagaimana mestinya. Selama kinerja guru belum diubah maka belum ada hasil yang efektif. Namun, memang ada hal-hal positif yang sudah terlaksana yaitu menjadi motivator dan pembimbing rohani bagi peserta didik. Mengingat pentingnya efektivitas pembelajaran PAK dalam menangani peserta didik yang bermasalah di SMP Negeri 65 Jakarta, maka guru PAK perlu belajar lagi dengan mengikuti pelatihan, seminar dan bimbingan teknis kurikulum, agar diberikan kemampuan untuk menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik. Selain itu, guru PAK juga perlu mengadakan pendekatan yang lebih dalam kepada peserta didik atau konseling pribadi agar lebih memahami setiap permasalahan peserta didik. Thesis for The Study of Christian Education, Postgraduate Level in Christian University of Indonesia (Universitasi Kristen Indonesia - UKI), Jakarta, 148 pages. This study aims to (1). Observing how the effectiveness of Christian Educational learning is carried out. (2). Understanding how the teachers of Christian Education treat problem school students at State Junior High School 65 Jakarta, (3). Understanding how effective Christian Educational learning can be in treating school students at State Junior High School 65 Jakarta. The study was held at State Junior High School 65 Jakarta from January to June 2020. The populations of this study are Christian students in grades 7, 8 and 9. There are 36 of 56 Christian students and one Christian teacher of education. The study sample was taken from 9 students representative with presumed the most problematic criteria (indicating actions not typical of other students) and one Christian teacher of education. These samples were determined by research tools that were used in interviews of Christian religious education teachers as well as questionnaires from 9 students these studies indicate that the learning method of Christian religious education in State Junior High School 65 Jakarta has not been effective. There are several things must be accomplished in order to be effective as they should be. As long as teacher performance can not be change, so the result have been not effectively. However, there are some positive actions that the teacher has been done, the teacher can be as a motivator and spiritual leader for students.With the importance of the effectiveness in Christian educational learning in dealing with student’s problems in State Junior High School 65 Jakarta, Christian teachers need to learn more by joining training, seminars and technical guidance from the curriculum. Then, it will give them an ability to perform their duties and performance well. In addition, teachers for Christian education also need to take a closer approach to individual students like counseling in order to understand deeper the problems of students.
