Abstract

Sejak tahun 2019 ini terjadi suatu wabah yang menghebohkan dunia (nasional atau internasional) yaitu suatu virus yang dikenal dengan corona atau covid-19. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, membuat manusia melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan mudah dan efektif. Contohnya pada teknologi mikrokontroller dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dengan lebih effisien dalam hal tenaga, waktu, biaya, dan lain-lain. Dengan mikrokontroller juga bisa membantu manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas baik yang bersifat ringan hingga berat. Hand Washer otomatis berbasis mikrokontroller arduino uno merupakan alat yang memanfaatkan teknologi mikrokontoller supaya tidak terjangkit virus corona. Hand Washer Otomatis telah selesai dibuat dan sudah dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan diuji bahwa jarak sensor dengan tangan untuk menghidupkan air 15 cm, dan jarak sensor dengan tangan untuk sabun 10 cm. Adapun kebutuhkan air dan sabun adalah rata-rata masing-masing 0,335 liter/pengguna dan 0,02511 liter/pengguna. Kata kunci : Covid-19, Mikrokontroller, Hand washer, Arduino Uno./ Since 2019, there has been an outbreak that has shocked the world (nationally or internationally), namely a virus known as corona or covid-19. As technology develops, it makes humans perform daily activities easily and effectively. For example, microcontroller technology can be used to facilitate human work more efficiently in terms of energy, time, cost, and others. With a microcontroller, it can also help humans in carrying out activities, both light and heavy. An automatic handwasher based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller is a tool that utilizes microcontroller technology so as not to contract the corona virus. The Automatic Hand Washer has been completed and has been able to run as planned and tested that the sensor distance with the hand to turn on the water is 15 cm, and the sensor distance with the hand for soap is 10 cm. The average water and soap needs are 0.335 liters/user and 0.02511 liters/user, respectively. Keywords: Covid-19, Microcontroller, Hand washer, Arduino Uno.
