Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Hambatan Samping berdasarkan jenis-jenis Hambatan Samping terhadap Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan serta mengevaluasi kinerja lalu lintas pada jalan DI Panjaitan, Jakarta Timur. Pada salah satu segmen Jl. DI Panjaitan, terdapat permasalahan, dimana pada hari-hari dan waktu tertentu terdapat antrian kendaraan atau kemacetan yang berkaitan dengan aktifitas di sisi jalan, yang difungsikan sebagai Kawasan perkantoran. Dengan penelitian ini, dapat ditentukan sumber permasalahan tersebut, sehingga permasalahan dapat diatasi. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode korelasi, dimana data hasil survey yang sudah diolah dengan pendekatan PKJI 2014, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Dari pengolahan data dengan PKJI 2014, didapatkan Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan terendah pada hari Senin pagi dan sore dengan Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan F, untuk hari lainnya bervariasi antara C-D. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS, didapatkan persamaan 0.157+(0.002)X1+(0.001)X2+(0.002)X3, dimana X1 (kendaraan berhenti), X2 (kendaraan keluar+masuk), X3 (Kendaraan Tidak Bermotor) dan Y (DJ). Dari persamaan tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Jenis hambatan samping yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan yang diinterpretasikan dari nilai Derajat Kejenunhan (DJ) adalah kendaraan yang keluar+masuk sisi jalan. Secara Bersama-sama, kendaraan berhenti, keluar+masuk, tidak bermotor, berkorelasi kuat terhadap nilai DJ dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) 0.792 atau Hambatan Samping memberikan pengaruh sebesar 79.2%. Kata Kunci: Hambatan Samping, Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan, PKJI, Regresi linier berganda./ This research analyzes the effect of side friction based on the types of side friction on the level of road services and evaluates the traffic performance on the DI Panjaitan road, East Jakarta. On a segment in. DI Panjaitan road, there is a problem, where on certain days and times there are queues of vehicles or traffic jams related to activities on the side of the road, which functioned as office areas. With this research, the source of the problem can be determined, so that the problem can be overcome. This study uses the correlation method, where the survey data that has been processed with the 2014 PKJI approach, then proceed with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. From data processing with the 2014 PKJI, the lowest Road’s Level of Service was obtained on Monday mornings and afternoons with the Road F Service Level, for other days varying between C-D. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software, the equations are 0.157+ (0.002) X1 + (0.001) X2 + (0.002) X3, where X1 (parks & stops vehicle), X2 (exits & enters vehicle), X3 (non-motorized vehicles) and Y (DJ). From this equation, it can be concluded that the type of side obstacle that most influences the level of road services interpreted from the value of the degree of saturation (DJ) is the exit and entry vehicles of the side of the road. Together, the park & stop vehicle, exits + enters, not motorized vehicle, strongly correlates to the DJ value with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.792 or a Side Friction gives an effect of 79.2%.
