Abstract
Kajian pemodelan Tarikan dan Bangkitan ke Gedung perkantoran di JL. DI. Panjaitan. Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik , Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan tranportasi seperti kemacetan lalu lintas terjadi di Indonesia khususnya di Ibu Kota, yaitu DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan model Tarikan dan Bangkitan pergerakan menuju Gedung perkantoran kompleks BUMN. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survey pencatatan jumlah kendaraan yang memasuki Kawasan Gedung BUMN. Penelitian ini menjadikan Tarikan (Y1) sebagai variabel terikat, Bangkitan (Y2) sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan luas lahan (X1), jumlah pegawai (X2), dan kapasitas parkir (X3) variabel bebas. Analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan dibantu dengan software SPSS. Dari hasil analisis statistik dan tata guna lahan menyimpulkan bahwa persamaan tarikan Y1=75.331+0.012X1+0.591X2+0.0134X3 dan Bangkitan Y2=15.178+0.006X2+0.165X3 merupakan persamaan yang paling sesuai untuk pemodelan bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan menuju Gedung perkantoran BUMN. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R) pada Tarikan sebesar 0.949 dan pada bangkitan sebesar 0.920, sehingga persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan baik untuk mengestiminasi nilai variabel terikat. One of the problems of transportation such as traffic jams occurs in Indonesia, especially in the Capital City, namely DKI Jakarta. The office building is one of the land uses that can cause a lot of pull and generation, considering that many city residents work in the formal sector. This research was conducted to obtain a model of the Tarikan and Bangkitan movement towards the BUMN office complex. Data collection in this study was carried out by surveying the number of vehicles entering the BUMN Building Area. This study makes the pull (Y1) as the dependent variable, Bangkitan (Y2) as the dependent variable, while the area of land (X1), number of employees (X2), and parking capacity (X3) are independent variables. Data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS software. From the results of statistical analysis and land use, it is concluded that the pull equation Y1 = 75.331 + 0.012X1 + 0.591X2 + 0.0134X3 and Y2 generation = 15.178 + 0.006X2 + 0.165X3 is the most suitable equation for modeling the trip generation and the pull of a trip to the BUMN office building . And the coefficient of determination (R) on the pull is 0.949 and on the rise is 0.920, so the resulting regression equation is good for estimating the value of the dependent variable.
