Abstract

Terminal Kampung Rambutan sebagai salah satu terminal besar di Jakarta telah dikenal tidak ramah terhadap pengunjungnya, karena ketidakteraturan penataan sirkulasi, kepadatan pengunjung dan kesan kumuh yang ditimbulkan. Lokasi terminal berada berdekatan dengan dua jalur tol, menghubungkan antara ibukota dan kota di sekitarnya, sehingga terminal ini haruslah mempunyai fasilitas lengkap yang dapat membuat pengunjung merasa nyaman dan aman. Dari pokok utama permasalahan di Terminal Kampung Rambutan yaitu sirkulasi dan kepadatan pengunjung yang menimbulkan penghalang pandangan maka tema konektivitas dengan pendekatan TOD dibutuhkan sebagai acuan rancangan redesain terminal Kampung Rambutan. Pendekatan TOD pada prinsipnya yaitu menghubungkan moda transportasi dari stasiun atau terminal dengan bangunan atau kawasan yang ada di sekitarnya. Seperti, kawasan komersil, perkantoran dan hunian. TOD tersebut sama sama terkoneksi secara langsung dengan titik pemberhentian angkutan umum. Dan terkoneksi melalui jalur pedestrian outdoor dan indoor yang terbuka bagi umum dan tembus langsung menuju stasiun atau terminal yang tersedia dikawasan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Terminal Kampung Rambutan, TOD./ Kampung Rambutan Terminal as one of the large terminals in Jakarta has been known to be unfriendly to its visitors, due to the irregularity of the circulation arrangement, the density of visitors and the impression that it creates. The location of the terminal is adjacent to two toll roads, connecting the capital and surrounding cities, so this terminal must have complete facilities that can make visitors feel comfortable and safe. From the main problem at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal, namely circulation and visitor density that creates a barrier to view, the connectivity theme with the TOD approach is needed as a reference for the redesign of the Kampung Rambutan terminal. The TOD approach, in principle, is to connect the modes of transportation from the station or terminal to the building or the surrounding area. For example, commercial, office and residential areas. The TOD is both directly connected to the public transport stop point. And connected through outdoor and indoor pedestrian paths that are open to the public and go directly to stations or terminals available in the area. Keywords: Kampung Rambutan Terminal, TOD.
