Abstract
Rensi Biu Banna '. The Effect of Classroom Climate and Interpersonal Intelligence on student mathematics learning outcomes of Class X Students SMK Kristen Tagari in Rantepao City. Postgraduate Thesis of Education Management Program. Christian University of Indonesia, 2020. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of classroom climate and interpersonal intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of Tagari Christian Vocational School in Rantepao City. This type of research isresearch ex post facto . The sampling technique used random sampling of 60 students at SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. The data was collected by using questionnaires and learning tests that were distributed directly. The method used in analyzing the data is correlation analysis and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS Version 25 application. Referring to the results of multiple regression analysis, class climate and interpersonal intelligence affect the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of Tagari Christian Vocational School in Rantepao City. The influence of classroom climate on student mathematics learning outcomes is 0.404. Apart from that, interpersonal intelligence also affects the mathematics learning outcomes of students at the Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School. The influence of interpersonal intelligence on students' mathematics learning outcomes is 0.309. The model (class climate style (X1) and interpersonal intelligence (X2) can explain variations in student achievement of 0.529 which means 57.9%. Through the results of this study, it is recommended that each teacher of mathematics subjects be able to create a conducive classroom climate. and comfortable so that it encourages students to improve their learning outcomes. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim kelas dan intelegensi interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMK Kristen Tagari di Kota Rantepao. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sebanyak 60 siswa di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes belajar yang dibagikan secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan Aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Merujuk pada hasil analisis regresi berganda, iklim kelas dan intelegensi interpersonal memegaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMK Kristen Tagari di Kota Rantepao. Besar pengaruh iklim kelas terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah 0,404. Selain daripada itu, intelegensi interpersonal juga memengaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Besar pengaruh intelegensi interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah 0,309. Model (gaya iklim kelas (X1) dan intelegensi interpersonal (X2) bisa menjelaskan variasi prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,529 yang berarti 57,9%. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada setiap guru mata pelajaran matematika untuk dapat menciptakan iklim kelas yang kondusif dan nyaman sehingga mendorong siswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.
