Abstract

Fery Micha Ballangan Pengaruh Peran Guru dan Media Pembelajaran Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Siswa Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran guru dan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa jurusan teknik kendaraan ringan SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja.Metode Penelitian: Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu metode dengan data penelitian berupa angka-angka dan menggunakan analisis data statistik dan analisis data Regresi dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI dan kelas XII sebanyak 107 siswa, dan guru SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik atau pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling sebanyak 65 peserta didik dan 65 guru SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja. Hasil Penelitian: Nilai korelasi antara variabel Peran Guru dan Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 0,691 yaitu berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,477, yang berarti besar pengaruh variabel Peran Guru terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi peserta didik jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja adalah sebesar 0,477 atau 47,7%.Nilai korelasi antara variabel Media Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Berprestasi diperoleh 0,612 yaitu berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,375, artinya besar pengaruh variabel Media Pembelajaran terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi siswa jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja yaitu 0,375 atau 37,5%. Koefisien determinasi variable peran guru dan Media Pembelajaran dengan Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 0,758. artinya kemampuan variabel peran guru dan Media Pembelajaran menjelaskan variabel Motivasi Berprestasi siswa Jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja adalah 0,758 atau 75,8% sementara sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh peran guru dalam membimbing peserta didik terhadap motivasi berprestasi belajar peserta didik jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja. Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja. Terdapat pengaruh peran guru dan penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa Jurusan TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja. Research objectives: to determine the effect of the role of teachers and learning media on achievement motivation of students majoring in light vehicle engineering at SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja.Research Methods: The method in this research uses quantitative methods, namely methods with research data in the form of numbers and uses statistical data analysis and regression data analysis with correlational research types. The population in this study were 107 class XI and XII students, and 65 teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja. The technique or sampling used was simple random sampling of 65 students and 65 teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Tana Toraja. Research Results: The correlation value between the Teacher Role variable and Achievement Motivation is 0.691, which is in the strong category. The value of R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.477, which means that the influence of the Teacher's Role variable on the Achievement Motivation of students majoring in TKR SMKN 4 Tana Toraja is 0.477 or 47.7%. The correlation value between the Learning Media variable and Achievement Motivation is 0.612 which is at strong category. The value of R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.375, which means that the influence of the Learning Media variable on Achievement Motivation of TKR students of SMKN 4 Tana Toraja is 0.375 or 37.5%. The coefficient of determination of the teacher's role variable and Learning Media with Achievement Motivation is 0.758. it means that the variable ability of the role of the teacher and learning media explains the variable Achievement Motivation of students of TKR Department of SMKN 4 Tana Toraja is 0.758 or 75.8% while the rest is determined by other factors outside of this study. Conclusion: There is an influence of the teacher's role in guiding students on the learning achievement motivation of TKR students majoring in SMKN 4 Tana Toraja. There is an influence that the use of learning media can increase achievement motivation of TKR students majoring in SMKN 4 Tana Toraja. There is an influence on the role of the teacher and the use of instructional media to increase achievement motivation of TKR Department students of SMKN 4 Tana Toraja.
