Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence emotional intelligence has on the performance of Tagari Christian Vocational High School teachers, to find out how much influence Organizational Climate has on Tagari Christian Vocational High School teacher performance, and to find out how much influence emotional intelligence and Organizational Climate together have on teacher performance. Tagari Christian Vocational School. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where the quantitative approach is research in the form of numbers to test a hypothesis. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the two linear and positive variables, meaning that Emotional Intelligence has an effect on Teacher Performance, where if Emotional Intelligence has increased then the Teacher's Performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School has also increased, the relationship between the two linear and positive variables means that organizational climate has an effect on Teacher Performance. the organizational climate has increased, the teacher's performance at the Tagari Christian Vocational School has also increased, and it appears that if the variable ability of the Emotional Intelligence variable and the organizational climate has increased, the teacher's performance at the Tagari Christian Vocational School also increases.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Climate, and Teacher Performance/Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan Iklim Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang berbentuk angka untuk menguji suatu hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kedua variabel linear dan positif artinya Kecerdasan Emosi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru, dimana jika Kecerdasan Emosi mengalami peningkatan maka Kinerja Guru pada SMK Kristen Tagari juga meningkat, hubungan kedua variabel linear dan positif artinya iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru, dimana jika iklim organisasi mengalami peningkatan maka Kinerja Guru pada SMK Kristen Tagari juga meningkat, dan nampak bahwa jika variabel kemampuan variabel Kecerdasan Emosi, dan iklim organisasi mengalami peningkatna maka Kinerja Guru pada SMK Kristen Tagari juga meningkat.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Iklim Organisasi, dan Kinerja Guru
