Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan suatu penyakit baru yang muncul pada akhir Desember 2019 di Wuhan, China. Kasus ini terus berkembang pesat sampai ke luar China, termasuk Indonesia. Dalam penanganan kasus COVID-19, penyedia pelayanan kesehatan hanya mengobati gejalanya, pemberian antibiotik, pemberian antivirus dan memberikan terapi oksigen pada pasien yang mengalami infeksi berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran terapi farmakologi yang diberikan pada pasien COVID-19 pada bulan April-Juni 2020 di RSUD Kabupaten Mimika. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bersifat retrospektif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditentukan, jumlah sampel berjumlah 42. Hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan program Microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 28 pasien (66,7%) menggunakan antibiotik, 25 Pasien (59,5%) menggunakan antivirus, 23 pasien (54,7%) menggunakan cloroquine atau hidroksicloroquine, 42 pasien (100%) menggunakan vitamin C dan zinc dan tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan sebesar 92,8%. / Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new disease that emerged at the end of December 2019 in Wuhan, China. This case continues to grow rapidly outside China, including Indonesia. In handling cases of COVID-19, health care providers only treat the symptoms, administer antibiotics, administer antivirals and provide oxygen therapy to patients with severe infections. This study aims to determine the description of pharmacological therapy given to COVID-19 patients in April-June 2020 at the Mimika District Hospital. This research is a descriptive study with a retrospective cross-sectional approach. The sample selection used total sampling with specified inclusion and exclusion criteria, the number of samples amounted to 42. The research results were processed using Microsoft excel. The results showed 28 patients (66.7%) were using antibiotics, 25 patients (59.5%) were taking antivirals, 23 patients (54.7%) were taking chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine, 42 patients (100%) were taking vitamin C and zinc and The treatment success rate was 92.8%.
