Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between lecturer variables, ethics, discipline and service quality, to obtain behavioral patterns that are relevant to the achievement of individual goals of lecturers and higher education organizations. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research and community service. Ethics (ethic) is human behavior that is regular about what is allowed and what should not be done in everyday life. Discipline is a form or pattern of character with its uniqueness, which is formed through the habit of taking certain actions, and can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected habits, in an attitude that brings success in life. Service quality is all economic activities that produce outputs with excellent standards, in the form of products (physical) or services (nonphysical).
