Abstract
A Paradigm shift from a teacher-centered instruction to a student - centered learning has implications of system, organization, implementation, and evaluation changes. Therefore, such paradigm shift should be planned carefully and wisely with respect to understanding of rationale, carefulness, simplicity, consistency, continuity, controllable, measurable, gradual implementation, and minimal resistance.
