Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA Nasional Plus Badan Pendidikan Kristen (BPK) PENABUR Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru-guru TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan populasi berjumlah 66 guru dan sampel 40 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner (angket). Analisis data menggunakan korelasi, regresi sederhana, dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,797, persamaan regresi linear Y = 0,609 + 0,873X1, thitung (8,140) > ttabel (1,686), nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,636. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,636 membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 63,6%. Hasil penelitan juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,486, persamaan regresi linear Y = 2,580 + 0,478X2, thitung (3,342) > ttabel (1,681), nilai signifikansi (0,001) < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,237. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,237 membuktikan bahwa budaya sekolah mempengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 23,7%. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi berganda sebesar 0,820, persamaan regresi linear Y = 0,247 + 0,784X1 + 0.205X2, Fhitung (38,015) > Ftabel (3,252), nilai signifikansi F (0,000) < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,673. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,673 membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan budaya sekolah mempengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 67,3%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja dan budaya sekolah. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, budaya sekolah, kinerja guru./ The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and school culture on teacher performance in National Plus Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School of Badan Pendidikan Kristen (BPK) PENABUR Bogor. This research was a correlational quantitative descriptive research. Population in this study was the teachers in National Plus Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School of Badan Pendidikan Kristen (BPK) PENABUR Bogor. A proportionate stratified random sampling was used in this research with the population of a total of 66 teachers and sample of 40 teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using correlational, simple regression, and multiple regression. The result of this research indicated that there was a significant influence of work motivation on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,797, linear regression equation Y = 0,609 + 0,873X1, tvalue (8,140) > ttable (1,686), significant value (0,000) < 0,05, and coefficient determination of 0,636. The value of coefficient determintation (R2) of 0,636 showed that work motivation influenced teacher performance by 63,6%. The result of this research also showed that there was a significant influence of school culture on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,486, linear regression equation Y = 2,580 + 0,478X2, tvalue (3,342) > ttable (1,681), significant value (0,001) < 0,05, and coefficient determination of 0,237. The value of coefficient determintation (R2) of 0,237 showed that school culture influenced teacher performance by 23,7%. The result also showed that there was a significant influece of work motivation and school culture altogether on teacher performance with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0,820, linear regression equation Y = 0,247 + 0,784X1 + 0,205X2, Fvalue (38,015) > Ftable (3,252), significant value F (0,000) < 0,05, and coefficient determination (R2) of 0,673. The value of coefficient determintation of 0,673 showed that work motivation and school culture altogether influenced teacher performance by 67,3%. It can be concluded from this research that teacher performance of BPK PENABUR Bogor National Plus schools can be improved through work motivation and school culture.
