Abstract

Zuesty Haryana (1501190045), Hubungan Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru SPK Pamulang-Tangerang Selatan, Tesis, Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, Agustus 2019 Pembentukan kemampuan inteligensi dalam dunia pendidikan yang utama selain keluarga adalah organisasi sekolah. Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga alternatif pelayanan pendidikan yang memiliki visi, misi, tujuan dan fungsi. Untuk mengemban misi, mewujudkan visi, mencapai tujuan, dan menjalankan fungsinya, sekolah memerlukan tenaga profesional serta sumber-sumber yang mendukung baik finansial maupun non finansial untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik harus memiliki kemampuan profesional seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Pasal 28 ayat (3), yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan diri yang baik; kemauan dan kemampuan untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran; serta kemauan dan kemampuan lain yang terkait dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya yang kemudian tercermin melalui kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap hubungan antara budaya organsasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di sebuah sekolah dengan kinerja guru baik secara masing-masing maupun secara bersama-sama. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 47 orang guru SPK Pamulang-Tangerang Selatan dengan teknik sampel random sampling. Dari hasil perbandingan, keputusan Ho ditolak, yaitu hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil persamaan dapat disimpulkan, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Kinerja Guru (Y). hubungan kedua variabel adalah linier, yaitu hubungan berbentuk garis lurus. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai taraf signifikan 0,001 <α(0,05)=0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis nol ditolak, karena hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru SPK Pamulang-Tangerang Selatan. The school is an alternative educational service institution that has a vision, mission, goals and functions. To carry out its mission, realise its vision, achieve its goals, and carry out its functions, schools need professionals an d resources that support both financially and non-financially to achieve common goals. Teachers as educators must have professional skills as stated in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards Article 28 paragraph (3), obtained through education, training and good personal development; the willingness and ability to design, implement and evaluate the learning; as well as the willingness and other abilities related to their duties and responsibilities which are then reflected through their performance. Therefore this study seeks to uncover the relationship between organizational culture and work motivation with teacher performance measured individually or collectively in a school. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed using a Likert scale. This study was conducted on 47 teachers of SPK Pamulang-Tangerang Selatan with random sampling techniques. From the results of the comparison, Ho's decision was rejected, they are the relationship between organisational culture and teacher performance, and the relationship between work motivation with teacher performance. According to the results of the equation it can be concluded, the results of hypothesis testing show Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant relationship with Teacher Performance (Y). The relationship between the two variables is linear, that is a straight-line relationship. This is evidenced from the significant level value of 0.001 <α (0.05) = 0.05. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis was rejected, because the results of the hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Organisational Culture, Work Motivation along with the Teacher‟s Performance in SPK Pamulang-Tangerang Selatan.
