Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi adalah pendorong utama untuk membantu mobilitas kegiatan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berbagai macam teknologi dan penemuan sains yang dihasilkan oleh umat manusia telah menyebabkan inovasi konstruksi bangunan bertingkat, terutama gedung perkantoran yang banyak dibangun di kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisa Desain Elevator Toptraction dengan Kapasitas 1000 Kg dan Kecepatan 60 Mpm Car 1600 X 1400 Hoitsway 2430 X 2240 X 2350 gedung 6 lantai” yang sedang dalam proses konstruksi, di mana untuk mengetahui apakah desain yang digunakan sesuai dan efisien. Analisa ini menggunakan metode literatur dan observasi sehingga itu diharapkan membuatnya lebih mudah. Masalah utama dalam penelitian adalah fokus pada kecepatan, kapasitas,RTT(round trip time) SNI dan umur tali untuk mendukung kenyamanan pengguna lift dan efisiensi lift yang akan digunakan di gedung 6 lantai (bulding harmoni). Perencanaan awal untuk elevator building harmoni (gedung 6 lantai) adalah 60 mpm (1 m / dtk) tidak memenuhi RTT sesuai SNI,kapasitas daya angkut 1000kg (13 orang) dan daya 6,19 kw yang berasal dari PT. X. Jadi, dalam analisa desain, diharapkan mendapatkan desain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan building Harmoni (gedung 6 lantai) untuk memenuhi RTT(round trip time) sesuai SNI, dimana kecepatan ialah 105 mpm (1,75 m / s) dan kapasitas angkut elevator adalah 630 kg (8 orang) serta mendapatkan umur tali lebih panjang. Kata Kunci : Kecepatan, Kapasitas, Sni,Umur Tali. The development of Science and technology are key drivers to help the mobility of human activities in everyday life. The wide variety of technologies and science discoveries produced by humanity has led to the innovation of constraction of multi-storey buildings, especially offices building that are plentiful built in the city of Jakarta. This research entitled “The Analysis Of Elevator Top Traction Design With 1000 Kgs Capacity And Speed Of 60 Mpm Car 1600 X 1400 Hoitsway 2430 X 2240 X 2350 6-Floor Building” which is in the process of constraction, where to find out whether the design used are appropriate and efficient.This analysis uses the literature method and observation so that's expected to make it easier. The main issues in this research are focus on the appropriate speed, the appropriate capacity, and the lifespan of the rope to support the convenience of elevator users and the efficiency of the elevator that will be used in the 6-story building (bulding harmony). The initial planning for elevator building harmony (6-floor building) was 60 mpm (1 m / sec) did not meet the RTT according to SNI, the carrying capacity of 1000 kg (13 people) and power of 6.19 kw from PT. X. So, in design analysis, it is expected to get a design that fits the building needs of Harmoni (6- storey building) to meet the RTT (round trip time) according to SNI, where the speed is 105 mpm (1.75 m / s) and elevator carrying capacity is 630 kg (8 people) and has a longer rope lifespan.
