Abstract

Go international, globalization is on the rise in higher education’s world in Indonesia. Meanwhile, digitalization is the user of assistance technology for learning at this time during the Covid-19 pandemic. The phenomenon obtained through the author’s observations is that the use of digitalization in the learning process is less than optimal and the old methods that are often used in learning so that the question arises whether the UKI Nursing Study Program students are ready to go international learning with the digitization method on the UKI Campus. One of the efforts made by the researcher was by surveying 51 students of the UKI Nursing DIII Study Program to see and analyze the readiness of nursing students in facing digitalization learning and internationalization at the UKI campus. The study was conducted on 13-14 October 2020. The results showed that 51% of respondents liked digitizing learning, 71% of respondents were ready to learn to use the digitization system, 84% of nursing students did not understand digital learning material, 82% of respondents chose digitalization learning as a learning strategy choice during The Covid-19 pandemic and obstacles during digital learning are that students do not have funds to buy pulse quotas, weak internet network signals and lecturers do not carry out strict supervision when digitizing learning. The results of other studies show that there are 92% of respondents ready to face an international campus, 58% of respondents like to use English in learning, 74% of student respondents are ready to be sent abroad for student exchange and 74% of respondents are ready to face the challenge of going international. There was input from respondents so that the UKI Campus would cooperate with overseas campuses and improve facilities to be even better in increasing learning. Conclusion: digitalization learning is a strategic learning option that must be applied towards internationalization at the UKI Campus. Keywords: UKI Campus, Digitalization, Internationalization
