Abstract

Demam Berdarah adalah merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi yang di sebabkan virus dengue dan termasuk golongan Arbovirus (arthropod-borne virus) yang di tularkan melalui vector nyamuk aedes aegypti dan aedes albopictus serta penyebarannya sangat cepat. Anak yang mengalami demam berdarah mengalami gejala peningkatan suhu tubuh (hipertermi), data yang diperoleh dari RSU UKI didapatkan anak dengan masalah Demam Berdarah periode januari sampai desember 2018 sebanyak 33 anak (10%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi hipertermi pada pasien anak di RSU UKI Jakarta, dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi wawancara, observasi dan pendokumentasian. Diagnosa keperawatan yang tepat bagi pasien 1 dan 2 ialah hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses infeksi virus. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan keperawatan selama 3 × 24 jam dengan implementasi yaitu mengkaji keluhan pasien, mengobservasi suhu tubuh setiap empat jam, memenuhi kebutuhan cairan, memberikan kompres air hangat, memberikan pakaian longgar, mengajarkan cuci tangan 6 langkah . Kerjasama antar tim kesehatan dan keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien serta mendorong keluarga dan pasien lebih kooperatif. The purpose of this research is to overcome the hypertermi of the child’s sand in the Rsu Uki Jakarta, with the case study method and the approach to the nursing process includes interviews, observations and documentation. The right nursing diagnosis for patients 1 and 2 is hyperthermia associated with the process of viral infection. After the maintenance of nursing care for 3 × 24 hours with the implementation of reviewing the family of sand, the preparation of body temperature every four hours, meet the needs of liquids, provide a warm water compress, provide loose clothing, give antipyretic of acetaminophen (paracetamol), teaches hand washing. Nursing problem is resolved hyperthermia. The collaboration between health and family teams is indispensable for the success of the sand nusing care and encourages families and patients more cooperatively.
