Abstract
Reduplikasi adalah pengulangan kata atau unsur kata yang memperkaya kosakata dan ekspresi, baik dalam komunikasi sehari-hari maupun karya sastra. Dalam bahasa Mandarin, ada beberapa jenis kata yang direduplikasi seperti 名词重叠 ‘kata benda’, 量词重叠 ‘kata bilangan’, 动词重叠 ‘kata kerja’, dan 形容词重叠 ‘kata sifat’. Dari jenis reduplikasi tersebut terdapat pola yang berbeda-beda, serta fungsi dan makna yang beragam, seperti untuk menekankan intensitas, menambahkan ritme, memperluas makna, atau bahkan untuk memberikan sentuhan artistik pada sebuah narasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis, pola, serta fungsi dan makna reduplikasi Bahasa Mandarin dalam cerpen “不死的良心karya 吴嫡”. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa identifikasi dan klasifikasi kata reduplikasi di dalamnya. Kemudian data tersebut disusun dalam tabel dan juga bentuk uraian untuk mengetahui jenis, pola, fungsi dan makna reduplikasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam cerpen “不死的良心karya 吴嫡”, terdapat 6 pola reduplikasi yaitu, pola AA 25 kata, pola ABB 5 kata, pola AAB 4 kata, pola AABB 2 kata, pola A了A 4 kata, dan pola ABAB 2 kata. Reduplikasi dalam teks tersebut berfungsi menambah nilai estetis, memperkuat makna, menyampaikan intensitas emosi atau tindakan, serta menjadi alat retoris dalam kalimat. Dari hasil tersebut penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa reduplikasi bahasa Mandarin terdapat pola AA, pola A了A terjadi atas satu suku kata, serta pola ABB, AAB, AABB, ABAB terjadi atas dua suku kata. Kata kunci: reduplikasi, cerpen, bahasa mandarin / Reduplication is the repetition of words or word elements that enriches vocabulary and expression in both everyday communication and literary works. In Mandarin Chinese, several types of words can undergo reduplication, including 名词重叠 ‘nouns’, 量词重叠 ‘classifiers’, 动词重叠 ‘verbs’, and 形容词重叠 ‘adjectives’. These types of reduplication exhibit various patterns, as well as diverse functions and meanings, such as emphasizing intensity, adding rhythm, extending meaning, or providing an artistic nuance to a narrative. This study aims to identify the types, patterns, functions, and meanings of Mandarin reduplication in the short story “不死的良心 by 吴嫡”. The research employs a qualitative method, with data collected through the identification and classification of reduplicated words found in the text. The data are then organized in tabular form and descriptive explanations to examine the types, patterns, functions, and meanings of the reduplication. The findings indicate that the short story “不死的良心 by 吴嫡” contains six reduplication patterns: AA (25 items), ABB (5 items), AAB (4 items), AABB (2 items), A了A (4 items), and ABAB (2 items). In the text, reduplication functions to enhance aesthetic value, reinforce meaning, convey emotional or action intensity, and serve as a rhetorical device within sentences. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Mandarin reduplication includes the AA and A了A patterns formed from monosyllabic bases, as well as the ABB, AAB, AABB, and ABAB patterns formed from disyllabic bases. Keywords: reduplication, short story, Mandarin Chinese / 重叠是词或词素的重叠，无论在日常交流或是在文学作品中是用于丰富词汇和表达的功能。在汉语中，有几类词能用于重叠，比如名词重叠，量词重叠，动词重叠，和形容词重叠。这些类型的重叠有不同的模式，以及多样的功能和意义，比如强调强度，增加节奏，扩展意义，甚至为叙述增添艺术感。这篇短篇小说《不死的良心》是吴嫡的作品，所使用的方法是定性研究，收集数据与包括技术来进行识别和分类其短篇中的重叠词。然后将这些数据整理成表格和描述形式，以了解其重叠类型、模式、功能与意义。研究结果表明，吴嫡的短篇小说《不死的良心》有6种类的重叠模式。即AA模式有25个，ABB 模式有5个，AAB模式有4个，AABB模式有2个，A了A模式有4个，和ABAB模式有2个。本文中的重叠增加美学价值、强化意义、传达情感或行为的强度，以及成为句子中的修辞工具的作用。根据这些结果，作者得出结论：汉语的重叠有AA模式，A了A模式发生在一个音节上，ABB、AAB、AABB、AABB、ABAB 模式发生在两个音节上。 关键词：重叠词、短篇小说、汉语。
