Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)menggambarkan proses bisnis di HJD sebagai distributor AMDK merek Aqua; (2) mengidentifikasi risiko HJD; (3) menganalisis risiko yang diterapkan; dan (4) memitigasi risiko terhadap kerugian perusahaan dan kepuasan pelanggan di HJD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bersumber pada data ilmiah karena bertujuan menafsirkan suatu fenomena yang terjadi. Metode penelitian ini disebut metode studi kasus karena penelitian berfokus pada kejadian yang tidak diinginkan yang terjadi di HJD. Sumber data diperoleh dari data historis penjualan dan data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan perilaku pada proses bisnis HJD. Selain itu data juga didapat melalui wawancara terhadap 3 karyawan HJD dan target konsumen, serta sumber lain. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan risk register dan kemudian dievaluasi dengan menggunakan risk assessment matrix untuk menentukan level of risk, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua resiko yang perlu dimitigasi, yaitu keterlambatan pengiriman dan rendahnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Mitigasi untuk keterlambatan pengiriman adalah merancang jadwal pengiriman dan monitoring lalu lintas secara real time. Mitigasi untuk risiko sumber daya manusia adalah memperbaiki proses rekruitmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. dan memberikan reward atau bagi hasil. Saran penelitian adalah bahwa HJD harus merancang SOP perusahaan agar target penjualan 300 botol per hari tercapai. Dan selain itu, perusahaan harus memperhatikan kompetensi agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Kejadian Tak Terduga, Mitigasi Risiko / This research aims to (1) describe the business process at HJD as a distributor of Aqua brand bottled water; (2) identify the risks faced by HJD; (3) analyze the implemented risks; and (4) mitigate risks to prevent company losses and ensure customer satisfaction at HJD. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is scientific data-based research that aims to interpret a phenomenon that occurs. This research method is called the case study method because it focuses unexpecting events, occurring at HJD. The data sources are obtained from historical sales data and data gathered through behavioral observations of HJD’s business processes. Additionally, data is collected through interviews with 3 HJD employees and target consumers, as well as other sources. The collected data is then analyzed using a risk register and evaluated using a risk assessment matrix to determine the level of risk.The results of this research show that there are two risks that need to be mitigated, namely delivery delays and low human resource competence. Mitigation for delivery delays includes designing a delivery schedule and real-time traffic monitoring. Mitigation for human resource risks involves improving the recruitment process, employee training and development, and providing rewards or profit sharing.The research suggests that HJD should design company SOPs to achieve the daily sales target of 300 bottles. Additionally, the company should focus on competence to achieve the company's goals. Key Word: Risk Management, Unexpected Events, Risk Mitigation
