Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan cerminan persepsi pasar terhadap kinerja dan prospek perusahaan, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas hubungan perusahaan dengan investor. Berdasarkan data dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, di tahun 2024 sektor pertambangan mengakumulasi kenaikan harga saham. Beberapa perusahaan seperti Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) dan PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) top gainers dengan kenaikan harga saham paling tinggi di sektor pertambangan. Penelitian ini menerapkan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Investment, Tanggung Jawab Sosial, dan Kualitas Laba dengan Kualitas Audit sebagai Pemoderasi. Penelitian ini mengambil industri yang tercatat di bidang sektor Pertambangan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam kurun 2020-2024. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis melalui aplikasi statistik Stata 15. Hasil dari riset ini menghasilkan bahwa green investment dan tanggung jawab sosial berpengaruh secara positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kualitas laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Simpulan pengujian uji parsial z regresi moderasi menunjukkan bahwasanya kualitas audit mampu memoderasi pengaruh green investment dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap nilai perusahaan, kualitas audit tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kualitas laba terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Investasi Hijau, Tanggungjawab Sosial, Kualitas Laba, Kualitas Audit, Nilai Perusahaan / Company value is an indication of the company's success that might affect investors' evaluations of the entity. According to statistics from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the mining industry had a rise in stock values in 2024. Numerous firms, including Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) and PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM), are leading gainers with the most significant stock price escalations in the mining industry. This study used quantitative research to examine the impact of green investment, social responsibility, and earnings quality, with audit quality serving as a moderator. This report examines sectors within the Mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. The sample selection employs the purposive sampling approach. Multiple regression analysis is used to evaluate the hypothesis using the Stata 15 statistical software. This study indicates that green investment and social responsibility positively influence corporate value. Earnings quality does not influence firm value. The results of the partial z regression moderation test indicate that audit quality moderates the relationship between green investment and social responsibility on business value, but does not moderate the influence of earnings quality on company value.
