Abstract

Line of Balance ialah Metode Penjadwalan atau Garis Keseimbangan yang umumnya diterapkan dan paling cocok untuk jenis kegiatan berulang dalam proyek konstruksi, misalnya konstruksi jalan, gorong-gorong atau konstruksi drainase. Ini hampir tidak digunakan untuk konstruksi gedung-gedung tinggi. Makalah ini memiliki tujuan khusus untuk menggunakan Metode Line of Balance pada konstruksi gedung bertingkat dalam menentukan total durasi proyek dan membandingkannya dengan metode Barchart kurva S. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penjadwalan LoB sangat berbeda dalam pendekatannya dengan kurva S. Dalam tugas akhir ini sebagai peneliti menyoroti pendekatan yang berbeda, baik dalam lingkup durasi setiap aktivitas versus produktivitas, dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan penyederhanaan antara kegiatan sehingga mempermudah untuk dianalisis konflik yang terjadi setelah dilakukan penggambaran kedalam diagram garis. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dalam perencanaan ini dengan menggunakan metode Line of Balance selesai dilakukan penyatuan aktivitas, menganalisis kegiatan yang bentrok dan pembuatan diagram didapatkan waktu hingga selesai pekerjaan 260 hari. sedangkan penjadwalan yang mengunakan metode barchat kurva s, membutuhkan waktu 273 hari.yang artinya perbedaan penjadwalan dengan memakai mettode Line of Balance untuk menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan Gedung kementrian keuangan bandar lampung lebih cepat tiga hari (0,95%). Kata kunci: Line of Balance, Gedung, dan Tipikal. / Line of Balance is a Scheduling Method or Line of Balance that is generally applied and is most suitable for repetitive types of activities in construction projects, such as road construction, culverts or drainage construction. It is hardly used for the construction of tall buildings. This paper has a specific purpose to use the Line of Balance method in high-rise building construction in determining the total project duration and comparing it with the S curve Barchart method. In this study, the LoB scheduling technique is very different in its approach to the S curve. In this final project, the researcher highlights the approach different, both in terms of the duration of each activity versus productivity, in this final project a simplification between activities is carried out to make it easier to analyze conflicts that occur after drawing them into line diagrams. The calculation results obtained in this plan using the Line of Balance method have completed the unification of activities, analyzing conflicting activities and making diagrams, it takes 260 days to complete the work. while the scheduling using the barchat s-curve method takes 273 days, which means the difference in scheduling using the Line of Balance method to complete the construction project of the Ministry of Finance building in Bandar Lampung is three days faster (0.95%).
