Abstract

Alkitab merupakan sumber tertinggi dan sumber kebenaran dalam membangun kepribadian kehidupan orang Kristen. Proses ini terwujud apabila seseorang memiliki minat baca Alkitab. Namun dengan perkembangan zaman dan penggunaan teknologi yang semakin mendunia hal ini membuat manusia malas untuk membaca Alkitab yang berdampak pada karakter yang kurang baik. Masalah ini juga terjadi pada pemuda (Naposobulung) HKBP Kalideres sebagai generasi penerus gereja ke masa yang akan datang sehingga dibutuhkan upaya dan usaha supaya gereja tetap menumbuhkan rasa cinta yang saling mengasihi, memberkati, menjadi berkat dan bertumbuh di dalam iman berdasarkan Matius 13:23. Dengan demikian untuk mengembangkan pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini dapat memberikan pengajaran bagi pemuda supaya lebih mencintai dan mau membaca Alkitab menggunakan teknologi informasi yang mampu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman. Adapun metode dalam penulisan ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, sehingga pada penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa teknologi informasi berupa perangkat lunak seperti WA, IG, Appgeyser dan Google Sites penting digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran secara khusus membantu gereja lebih mencintai Alkitab melalui teknologi yang berkembang dan digunakan sesuai kebutuhan gereja yang mewujudkan karakter Kristiani berdasarkan Matius 13:23. / The Bible is the highest source and source of truth in building the personality of a Christian's life. This process is realized if someone has an interest in reading the Bible. However, with the development of the times and the use of technology that is increasingly global, this makes people lazy to read the Bible which has an impact on bad character. This problem also occurs in the HKBP Kalideres youth (Naposobulung) as the next generation of the church in the future so efforts are needed so that the church continues to grow a sense of love that loves one another, blesses, becomes a blessing and grows in faith based on Matthew 13:23. Thus to develop the use of current technology can provide teaching for youth so they love and want to read the Bible more using information technology that is able to adapt to the times. As for the method in this writing, the researcher uses qualitative methods, so that in this study it results that information technology in the form of software such as WA, IG, Appgeyser and Google Sites is important to be used to support the learning process specifically to help the church love the Bible more through technology that is developed and used accordingly. the need for a church that embodies Christian character based on Matthew 13:23.
