Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang berkaitan dengan Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, yaitu dengan memperoleh gambaran pengaruh kerja tim terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh organizational learning terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Penelitian Nusa Tenggara Timur yang merupakan sampel dari populasi 210 karyawan. Dalam menentukan sampel penelitian digunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kerja tim (X1) dan organizational learning (X2) sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengkajian penelitian ini secara deskriptif dengan metode survey dalam bentuk korelasional. Data diperoleh dari intrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan 20 butir pernyataan untuk masing-masing variabel. Setelah penghitungan uji validitas dan reliabelitas diperoleh kesionel yang vali dan reliabel untuk kinerja karyawan 16 butir, kerja tim sebanyak 18 butir, dan organizational learning 13 butir. Pengujian persyaratan analisi dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji linearitas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa sampel data berdistribusi normal, ketiga variabel tersebut homogen dan pada uji regresi menunjukan regresi berbentuk linear. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kerja tim terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hal iii ini terlihat dari koefisien korelasi 0.552 juga terdapat pengaruh organizational learning terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan memperoleh koefisien korelasi 0,417. Dan dari pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh kerja tim dan organizational learning secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,583 yang berarti tergolong memiliki pengaruh yang sedang karena berada pada interval 0,40 - 0,599. Selain itu diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.326. hal ini berarti 32,6 % variasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kerja tim dan organizational learning secara bersama-sama dengan persamaan regresi ganda Ŷ = 18,067+0,442 X1 + 0,219 X2. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Kerja tim, dan Organizational Learning. / The purpose this researsh is to obtain information relating to the Employees Performance of the Education Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province, by obtaining a description of the influence of team work on employee performance and organizational learning influence on the performance of the staff of the Education Department of East Nusa Tenggara Province. Research is carried out 100 employees of East Nusa Tenggara Province Education Research Service which is a sample of population of 210 employees. In determining the sample research used non probability sampling method with incidental sampling technique. The independent variables in this research are team work (X1) and organizational learning (X2) while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The assessment was conducted in a descriptive with survey method in correlational form. Data were obtained through a research instrument through a questionnaire with 20 item statement for each variable. After the calculation of validity test and reliability test it can be obtained a valid and reliable questionnaire amouting 16 items of employees, 18 items of team team work and 13 items of organizational learning. Testing requirements analysis carried out by the normality test, test of homogeneity, and linearity test. Counting results showed that the sample data is v normally distributed, homogeneous and these three variables regression test showed a linear regression form. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is influence of team work on the performance of the staff of Education Department of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This is evident from the correlation coefficient 0.552 also there is influence organizational learning on the performance of the staff of the Education Department of East Nusa Tenggara Province to obtain correlation coefficient 0.417. And from the results of hypothesis testing known that there is influence of team work and organizational learning together to employee performance shown by double correlation coefficient equal to 0,583 which mean pertained have medium effect because it is on interval value of 0,40 to 0,599 according to the interpretation of the coefficient table correlation, coefficient of determination obtained by addition of 0.326. This means that 32.6% of the variation of employee performance is influenced by teamwork and organizational learning together with multiple regression equations Ŷ = 18,067 + 0,442 X1 + 0,219 X2.
