Abstract

Panji Bawono Seto. Kurikulum, Kompetensi Guru Dilihat Dari Prestasi Akademik Siswa SMA Plus Pembangunan Jaya Tahun Pelajaran 2016-2017. Tesis Program Magister Pendidikan, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kurikulum dan kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi akademik siswa SMA Plus Pembangunan Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan mengunakan angket yang diberikan terhadap sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang (1) apakah kurikulum mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, (2) apakah kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, (3) apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kurikulum dan kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi akademik, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kurikulum terhadap prestasi akademik sebesar 0,252 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi akademik sebesar 0,490. 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kurikulum dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi akademik Penulis berharap kompetensi guru ditingkatkan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan terhadap guru sehingga guru lebih profesional sehingga prestasi akademik semakin baik. Kemudian kurikulum harus dijalankan dengan sebaikbaiknya sehingga prestasi akademik dapat lebih baik, Untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa untuk guru perlu meningkatkan kompetensinya dan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut lagi Kata Kunci : Kurikulum, Kompetensi Guru, Prestasi Akademik. / Panji Bawono Seto. Curriculum, Teacher Competency Viewed From the Academic Achievement of SMA Plus Pembangunan Jaya Students Academic Year 2016-2017. The goal of this study is to determine whether there is impact between curriculum and teacher competence on academic achievement of SMA Plus Pembangunan Jaya students. The method used in this research is quantitative study by giving questionnaire to the sample. The sample used in this research is saturated sampling. This study analyzed (1) whether the curriculum has a significant impact on academic achievement, (2) whether the competence has a significant impact on the academic achievement, (3) there is any significant impact between the curriculum and the competence of the teacher on the academic achievement, Based on the result of the research it is concluded that 1) there is positive and significant impact between the curriculum on the academic achievement of 0.252 2) there is a positive and significant impact on the teachers competence and the academic achievement of 0.490. 3) there is no impact between the curriculum and the competence of teachers together on the academic achievements. The author hopes that the competence of the teachers could be improveed by providing training so that teachers will be more professional and they will get better academic achievement. The curriculum should be applied so that academic achievement would be better.
