Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I, Bintaro Jaya Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket terhadap 20 responde. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (3) Motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesis penelitian tidak dapat diterima. Oleh karenanya peneliti memberi saran kepada KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I agar tetap mempertahankan tingginya motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja dari guru-guru yang ada siapapun yang menjadi kepala sekolah sehingga kinerja guru yang ada tetap tinggi dan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I untuk membentuk manusia yang unggul bisa terwujud Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru. / This research was conducted to determine whether there is influence between principal’s leadership, teacher,s achievement motivation toward teachers’ performance. This research was conducted in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I, Bintaro Jaya Tangerang Selatan. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using questionnaire of 20 respondes. The result of this research concludes that (1) Principal’s leadership and teachers’ achievement motivation have no significant effect on teachers’ performance (2) Principal’s leadership has no significant effect on teachers’ performance . (3) Teachers’ achievement motivation has no significant effect on the teachers’performance . Based on these results, the research hypothesis can not be accepted. Therefore, the researcher gives advice to KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya I in order to maintain the high achievement motivation from the teachers’ performance whoever become the principal so that the existing teacher's performance and the quality of education in KB-TK Development Jaya I schools to form ‘manusia unggu’ can be realized Keywords: principal’s leadership, teachers’ achievement motivation, teachers’ performance.
