Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Kompensasi dengan Kinerja Guru Lokal di Global Jaya International School (GJIS), Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang. Variabel bebas penelitian ini yaitu Budaya Organisasi dan Pemberian Kompensasi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru-guru lokal GJIS yang berjumlah 87 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling yaitu dengan cara pengundian nomor. Hasilnya sebanyak 40 guru yang terjaring menjadi sampel penelitian dan 20 guru untuk uji coba instrumen penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. lnstrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berjumlah 40 butir untuk masing-masing variabel. Perhitungan validitas dengan memakai rumus Korelasi Product Moment, jika r hitung › r tabel maka data dinyatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas dengan uji Alpha Cronbach. Data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal, linier, dan homogen. Pengujian hipotesis 1 diperoleh t hitung 10,24 > t tabel 2,024 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signifikan 0,05, maka terbukti bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Pada pengujian hipotesis 2 diperoleh t hitung 16,6 > t tabel 2,024 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signifikan 0,05, maka terbukti bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Pengujian hipotesis 3 diperoleh F hitung 186,75 > F tabel 4,098 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signfikan 0,05, maka terbukti bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Koefisien korelasi ganda Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Pemberian Kompensasi (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) didapat sebesar 0,954 dengan koefisien determinasi (R square ) sebesar 0,910. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dengan Kinerja Guru Lokal di GJIS; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Pemberian Kompensasi (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru Lokal di GJIS; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Pemberian Kompensasi (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru Lokal di GJIS. / The purpose of this study to determine whether there is a relationship between the Organization Culture and the Compensation Provision to the Local Teacher Performance in the Global Jaya International School (GJIS), Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang. The independent variable in this study is the Organization Culture and the Compensation Provision, while the dependent variable is the Local Teacher Performance. The population in this study was GJIS local teachers, amounting to 87 people. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling method is by drawing numbers. The results are as many as 40 teachers who selected into the study sample and 20 teachers to trial test of the research instrument. Method of research used was the survey method with the correlation approach. The research instruments were the questionnaires of 40 items for each variable and used Product Moment Correlation formula for Validity Test, if r count > r table then the data is valid. This research applied Cronbach Alpha Test for Reliability Test. Data was taken from a normal, linear, and homogeneous population. In the Testing of the first hypothesis, it obtained that t count 10.24> t tables 2.024 and 0,000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. In the second hypothesis testing obtained t count 16.6 > t table 2.024 and 0.000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Then, the Testing of the third hypothesis obtained F count 186.75> F table 4.098 and 0.000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that the hypothesis of H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This research obtained the multiple coefficient correlation of Organization Culture (X1), Compensation Provision (X2) and Local Teachers Performance (Y) of 0.954 with the coefficient of determination of 0.910. This indicated that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Organization Culture (X1) and the Local Teachers Performance in GJIS; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the Compensation Provision (X2) and the Local Teacher Performances in GJIS; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between Organization Culture (X1) and the Compensation Provision (X2) together with the Local Teacher Performances in GJIS.
