Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil Pemantauan Status Gizi (PSG) pada tahun 2017, secara nasional prevalensi balita gizi kurang sebanyak 17,8%, khususnya di Kota Depok terdapat balita gizi kurang sebanyak 7,4% dari 210.155 penduduk yang dilakukan oleh Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia pada tahun 2017. Seiring dengan permasalah tersebut, pemerintah membuat program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) untuk mengatasi permasalahan gizi di Indonesia. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian makanan tambahan terhadap perbaikan status gizi anak balita gizi kurang di Posyandu Anyelir Kelurahan Pancoranmas Depok dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta melakukan pengukuran antropometri terhadap balita 0 – 60 bulan. Hasilnya sebanyak 22 dari 33 anak (66,7%) mengalami gizi kurang. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna, signifikan, kuat, searah antara perubahan status gizi balita sebelum dan sesudah pemberian makanan tambahan (p=0,004). Kata Kunci : Pemberian makanan tambahan, balita gizi kurang. / Based on the results of the Nutrition Status Monitoring (PSG) in 2017, nationally the prevalence of undernourished children under five was 17.8%, especially in Depok City, there were 7.4% of malnourished children under five out of 210,155 population carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017. Along with these problems, the government created a Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) to address nutritional problems in Indonesia. For this reason, this study aims to determine the relationship between supplementary feeding and the improvement of the nutritional status of malnourished children under five at the Anyelir Posyandu, Pancoranmas Village, Depok with a crosssectional study design. Collecting data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability as well as anthropometric measurements of toddlers 0- 60 months. As a result, 22 out of 33 children (66.7%) were malnourished. There was a significant, significant, strong, unidirectional relationship between changes in the nutritional status of children under five before and after supplementary feeding (p=0.004).
