Abstract

Hepatitis B adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Virus Hepatitis B yang dapat menimbulkan peradangan dan bahkan kerusakan sel-sel hati. 95% penularan Hepatitis B terjadi secara vertikal yaitu dari ibu kepada bayi yang dikandung atau dilahirkannya. Pada tahun 2018, persentase ibu hamil dengan HBsAg reaktif secara nasional sebesar 1,90% dan di Jawa Barat sebesar 1,42%. Deteksi Dini Hepatitis B (DDHB) pada ibu hamil dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan darah HBsAg menggunakan tes cepat/Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT). Beberapa penelitian terdahulu mendapatkan adanya hubungan antara faktor sosiodemografi seperti umur, pekerjaan, pendidikan, usia kehamilan, dan paritas dengan ibu hamil HBsAg positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sosiodemografi ibu hamil dengan HBsAg positif di RSUD Bekasi periode Januari 2017 – September 2019 terhadap 38 data ibu hamil HBsAg positif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medik. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dari 38 ibu hamil HBsAg positif mayoritas terdapat pada rentang umur 25-29 tahun sebanyak 12 orang (31,6%), tidak bekerja/ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 30 orang (78,9%), pada trimester 3 sebanyak 25 orang (65,8%), pada kelompok primipara sebanyak 16 orang (42,1), dan pendidikan terakhir SMA/SLTA sebanyak 25 orang (65,8). Didapatkan prevalensi ibu hamil dengan HBsAg positif di RSUD Bekasi periode Januari 2017 – Septemb Kata kunci : ibu hamil, HBsAg +, Hepatitis B. / Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by the Hepatitis B Virus which can cause inflammation and damage to liver cells. 95% of Hepatitis B transmission occurs vertically from mother to baby during the period immediately before and after birth. In 2018, the national percentage of pregnant women with reactive HBsAg was 1.90% and 1,42% in in West Java. Early Detection of Hepatitis B (DDHB) in pregnant women is done by HBsAg blood tests using Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT). Some previous studies found an association between sociodemographic factors such as age, occupation, education, gestational age, and parity with HBsAg positive pregnant women. This study aims to determine the sociodemographic characteristics of pregnant women with positive HBsAg in RSUD Bekasi on January 2017 – September 2019 using 38 secondary data from medical records of HBsAg positive pregnant women. The results showed that from 38 HBsAg positive pregnant women, 12 people were in the age range of 25 – 29 years (31,6%), 30 people were unemployed/housewives (78,9%), 25 people were in the third trimester (65,8%), 16 people were in primipara group (42,1%), and 25 people had high school as the last education.
