Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penambahan lantai terhadap kinerja struktur gedung Office Prima melalui pushover analisys. Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi perilaku struktur terhadap gempa, sebelum dan sesudah penambahan lantai, sesuai standar SNI 1726:2019. Analisis dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kategori risiko II dan faktor keutamaan gempa (Ie) sebesar 1,0 serta menggunakan parameter desain seperti Kds (E), Sds (0,67 g), Sd1 (0,63 g), PGA (0,3727), SS (0,7872), dan S1 (0,38). Penambahan lantai diketahui meningkatkan periode getar struktur dari 1,215 detik menjadi 1,509 detik untuk arah x dan dari 1,243 detik menjadi 1,509 detik untuk arah y. Ketidakberaturan struktur yang dianalisis meliputi ketidakberaturan horizontal dan ketidakberaturan vertikal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penambahan lantai struktur mengalami ketidakberaturan. Setelah penambahan lantai, ditemukan ketidakberaturan vertikal kekakuan tingkat lunak pada lantai 8 dan ketidakberaturan vertikal massa pada lantai mezanin dan lantai 2 sebelum dan dengan penambahan lantai. Analisis pushover menunjukkan bahwa bangunan sebelum penambahan lantai berada pada level kinerja Structural Stability (SS) dengan drift maksimum 0,0267 pada arah x dan 0,0298 pada arah y. Setelah penambahan lantai, bangunan mengalami penurunan kinerja menjadi level Collapse (C) dengan drift maksimum 0,037 pada arah x dan 0,04 pada arah y, menunjukkan kerusakan parah yang memerlukan perbaikan signifikan. Penambahan lantai pada struktur gedung ini meningkatkan ketidakberaturan dan menurunkan kinerja seismik, sehingga memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam perencanaan dan desain ulang untuk memastikan keamanan dan kinerja optimal terhadap gempa. Kata Kunci: Perilaku kinerja struktur, pushover analysis, ketidakberaturan struktur, penambahan lantai, SNI 1726:2019. / This study examines the impact of floor addition on the performance of the Office Prima building structure through pushover analysis. The study aims to evaluate the structural behavior against earthquakes, before and after the floor addition, in accordance with SNI 1726:2019 standards. The analysis considers risk category II and an earthquake importance factor (Ie) of 1.0, utilizing design parameters such as Kds (E), Sds (0.67 g), Sd1 (0.63 g), PGA (0.3727), SS (0.7872), and S1 (0.38). The addition of floors increases the structural vibration period from 1.215 seconds to 1.509 seconds in the x-direction and from 1.243 seconds to 1.509 seconds in the y-direction. The structural irregularities analyzed include horizontal and vertical irregularities. Evaluation results indicate that the structure exhibited irregularities before the floor addition. After the floor addition, vertical stiffness irregularities were found on the 8th floor, and vertical mass irregularities were observed on the mezzanine and 2nd floors both before and after the floor addition. Pushover analysis shows that the building, before the floor addition, was at the Structural Stability (SS) performance level with a maximum drift of 0.0267 in the x-direction and 0.0298 in the y-direction. After the floor addition, the building's performance decreased to the Collapse (C) level with a maximum drift of 0.037 in the x-direction and 0.04 in the y-direction, indicating severe damage requiring significant repairs. The addition of floors to this building structure increases irregularities and reduces seismic performance, necessitating special attention in planning and redesign to ensure optimal safety and performance against earthquakes.
