Abstract

Dermatofitosis merupakan infeksi jamur dermatofita pada jaringan keratin, seperti stratum korneum epidermis, rambut, dan kuku Penularan dermatofitosis dapat secara antrofilik, geofilik, dan zoofilik. Reaksi infeksi bergantung pada respon penjamu, virulensi spesies jamur, lokasi infeksi dan faktor lingkungan sekitar. Pemeriksaan mikologi yang sering digunakan untuk menegakan diagnosis dengan pemeriksaan langsung sediaan basah dengan menambahkan KOH 20% pada bahan klinis untuk mendapatkan elemen jamur. Tetapi pemeriksaan ini tidak dapat mengindentifikasi spesies dermatofita. Untuk menentukan spesies diperlukan pemeriksaan dengan pembiakan Medium agar dekstrosa Sabouraud merupakan medium isolasi yang paling sering digunakan, tetapi medium ini sebagian besar dermatofita tidak bersporulasi. Sehingga diperlukan medium yang dapat menstimulasi konidia dan menghasilkan pigmen. Medium nasi dapat menstimulasi pertumbuhan konidia. Medium nasi digunakan membedakan Microsporum. audouinii dengan Microsporum canis dengan cara perbedaan pigmen yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan total 15 sampel yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dermatofita dengan melihat gambaran pertumbuhan jamur pada medium nasi. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode pemeriksaan kultur Saboroud Dextrose Agar dan medium nasi sebagai medium untuk mengidentifikasi jamur tersebut, dan dilanjutkan dengan metode pemeriksaan langsung dengan pengggunaan LPCB. Hasil uji vitalitas dari 18 sampel terdapat 15 sampel yang dapat tumbuh. Hasil dari 15 sampel biakan primer dermatofita yang ditanam pada medium nasi menunjukan bahwa 12 sampel dapat tumbuh, dengan 8 (53,33%) sampel tidak menunjukan pigmen kuning sedangkan 4 (26,67%) sampel menunjukkan pigmen kuning. 4 sampel pigmen kuning dilakukan identifikasi morfologi ditemukan 2 sampel menunjukkan M. Canis dan 2 sampel tidak teridentifikasi. Kata kunci : Dermatofita , medium nasi, dermatofitosis. / Dermatophytosis is a infection of dermatophyte invided into keratin tissue, such as the stratum corneum of the epidermis, hair and nails. Reaction of Infection depends on host immunity, virulence of fungal species, location of infection and local environmental factors. Mycological examination is often used to establish the diagnosis by direct examination by adding 20% KOH to objek glass of clinical materials to get the fungus element. However, this examination cannot identify dermatophyte species. To determine the species must be checked by breeding so Sabouraud dextrose Agar is the most commonly used isolation medium, but this medium is largely non-sporulating dermatophytes. Requires a media that can stimulate conidia and produce pigments. Medium rice can stimulate the growth of conidia. Rice medium is being used to distinguish Microsporum audouinii with Microsporum canis by distinguishing the pigments produced. This research used descriptive method with a total of 15 samples used. This study aimed to review dermatophytes by looking at the development of fungus in rice medium. This research used the Saboroud Dextrose Agar culture examination method and rice medium as a medium to overcome the fungus, and is followed by a direct examination method with the LPCB. The vitality test results from 18 samples contained 15 samples that could be grown. The results of 15 primary culture samples of dermatophytes planted on rice medium showed that 12 samples could grow, with 8 (53.33%) samples showing no yellow pigment while 4 (26.67%) samples showed yellow pigment. 4 yellow pigment samples were identified the microscopic morphology found that 2 samples showed M.
