Abstract
The success of a company or organization is largely determined by the activities of human resource utilization. The incentive is one of the strategies undertaken by the organization in order to provide a stimulus to the human resources within the organization in order to work optimally. On the other hand, to be able to follow the progress and achieve its goals, it is necessary to motivate employees to work well. Motivation is a condition or energy that drives employees to achieve organizational goals. The results of Spearman correlation test and Pearson correlation test showed the same results, namely that the relationship between incentives and performance is very low (r = 0191) and no significance. However, there is a significant relationship between motivation and performance with the very strong (r = 0.915).
