Abstract

Tujuan dalam pembahasan ini untuk mengkaji pengenalan sistem pengarsipan elektronik akan berdampak positif terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2017- 2020. Sikap wajib pajak berdampak negatif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati pada periode menjelang dan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 2017-2020. Kualitas pelayanan pajak memoderasi hubungan antara penerapan sistem e-Filing terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Kualitas pelayanan pajak memoderasi hubungan antara sikap wajib terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk pengumpulan sampel kuesioner, yang diperoleh dari pengumpulan kuesioner dengan cara disebarkan langsung ke KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati dan melalui online dengan media google form. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 242.584 wajib pajak orang pribadi, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang wajib pajak orang pribadi sesuai dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel yang memenuhi syarat. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysis./ The purpose of this discussion to examine the introduction of the electronic filing system will have a positive impact on personal tax compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2017-2020. The taxpayer's attitude negatively affects the personal taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati in the period before and during the 2017-2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The quality of tax services moderates the relationship between the application of the e-Filing system toward the compliance of individual tax obligations. The method in this study is quantitative and uses primary data. This study used a purposive sampling method for collecting questionnaire samples, obtained from collecting questionnaires by distributing them directly to KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati and via online with google form. The study's population was 242,584 individual taxpayers, with a sample of 100 individual taxpayers according to eligible sampling criteria. Analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis methods.
