Abstract

Dalam upaya penyiapan SDM yang kompetensinya sesuai dengan dunia insustri, Kemendikbud bekerjasama dengan kemenperind berkolaborasi dengan pihak industri melakukan sinergi antara dunia perindustrian dengan pendidikan kejuruan. Kemendikbud telah melakukan kerja sama dengan beberapa SMK dan salah satunya adalah SMK Mitra Industri MM 2100 yang pengelolaannya dilakukan oleh para pakar dunia industri dengan kurikulum yang sudah sesuai dengan keinginan industri. Pada kesempatan ini penulis akan melihat bagaimana keberhasilan SMK ini mengelola faktor-faktor yang menjadi input sekolah untuk mencapai keberhasilan yang telah diraih yaitu bagaimana Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Job Satisafaction) pendidik di SMK tersebut. Hasil Penelitian diharapkan dapat demikian dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi SMK ini dan menjadi referensi yang bermanfaat bagi SMK lain juga. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar terhadap responden pendidik di SMK ini yang kemudian diolah dengan microsofet excel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara lingkungan kerja (X1) dengan kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) (Y) dengan kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 0,662, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara fasilitas kerja (X2) dengan kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) (Y) dengan kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 0,592. Selanjutnya , ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja (X2) dengan kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) (Y) bila fasilitas kerja (X2) dimasukkan sebagai variabel control namun pengaruhnya melemah menjadi sebesar 0,601. Sehingga penelitian ini menyarankan untuk mengevaluasi kembali terkait fasilitas kerja yang diberikan apakah perlu melakukan penyesuaian atau peningkatan pemberian fasilitas kerja berdasarkan perkembangan jaman saat ini supaya pengaruhnya semakin menguat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif bagi pendidik. Selain itu SMK perlu terus melakukan inovasi dan improvement agar siap menghadapi VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) era dimana kita dituntut untuk semakin agile. Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, fasilitas kerja, job satisfaction./ To prepare human resources whose competency suitable with industrial needs, the Ministry of Education and Culture collaborate with the Ministry of Industri and industrial factory create a synergy between the industrial world and vocational education. The Ministry of Education and Culture have been collaborate with several vocational midle high school and one of them is SMK Mitra Industri MM 2100, that is managed by industrial experts and companies in MM 2100 industrial estate and their curriculum appropriate with the industrial need. At this time, the author will analyze how this vocational school manage the factors that become the school's input to achieve the success, how the influence of the work environment and work facilities to educators job satisfaction. The results of the research can thus be used as evaluation material for schools and also can be a useful for reference for other vocational schools as well. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents of educators in SMK which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.662, and there was a positive influence between work facilities (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.592. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the work environment (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) if work facilities (X2) are included as a control variable but the effect is weakened to 0.601. So this study suggests re-evaluating the work facilities provided whether it is necessary to develop or increase the provision of work facilities based on current developments so that their influence is stronger in creating a positive work environment for educators. In addition, Vocational High Schools need to continue to innovate and improve to be ready to face the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) era in which we are required to be more agile.
