Abstract

Indonesia merupakan wilayah yang rawan gempa, mengakibatkan seringkali merenggut nyawa manusia. Namun penyebab kematiannya bukan disebabkan langsung oleh gempa, melainkan reruntuhan gedung yang menimpa manusia, belajar dari peristiwa tersebut menegaskan bahwa pentingnya tujuan terhadap beban gempa rencana pada suatu bangunan, dengan mempertimbangkan beban gempa rencana ini, diharapkan struktur bangunan dapat menahan gaya gempa hingga pada level tertentu. Sehingga pada penelitian ini digunakan standar SNI 03-1726-2019 mengenai peraturan perencanaan ketahanan gempa dan menggunakan metode analisis Respons Spektrum. Studi kasus penelitian ini yaitu gedung Aeon South Gate Tanjung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui parameter kinerja struktur dan ketidakberaturan horizontal, dan mengetahui kinerja struktur bangunan pada ketidakaberaturan horizontal, dimana berdasarkan hasil analisis ragam spektrum respons terhadap base shear untuk hasil pertama gaya geser static masih lebih besar dari gaya geser dinamik , Maka gaya geser dasar pada dinamik respons Spektrrum perlu dikalikan dengan faktor skala menggunakan perhitungan V/Vt. Maka hasil akhir dari pengkalian faktor skala dengan gaya geser dinamik sebesar ( Vi = 6652.753 ) dan gaya geser dasar static (V= 6652.752 ) yang dimana peraturan SNI 1726 – 2019 itu Vi ≥ 0.1 V ,untuk nilai simpangan antar lantai pada arah X dan Y seluruh simpangan sudah memenuhi syarat yaitu Δa (simpangan antar tingkat ijin ) tidak melebihi dari nilai syarat dan hasil analitis ragam spektrum respons terhadap level kinerja struktur Gedung sesuai ATC – 40 nilai maksimum total drift dan total in – elactic drift pada arah X adalah 0.0031 dan pada arah Y adalah 0.0021. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa bangunan apartement AEON Tanjung Barat, termasuk dalam level kinerja Immediante Occumpancy ( IO ). Pada level kinerja tersebut apabila gempa terjadi tidak mengalami kerusakan structural hanya saja sedikit bagain mengalami kerusakan non structural sehingga gedung tersebut dapat langsung dipakai kembali./ Indonesia is an earthquake-prone area, which often results in the loss of human life. However, the cause of death was not directly caused by the earthquake, but the ruins of the building that hit humans, learning from the incident emphasized that the importance of the purpose of the design earthquake load on a building, taking into account the earthquake load of this plan, it is hoped that the building structure can withstand earthquake forces to a certain level. . So that in this study the SNI 03-1726-2019 standard regarding earthquake resistance planning regulations was used and used the Spectrum Response. The case study of this research is the Aeon South Gate Tanjung Barat building. This study aims to determine the structural performance parameters and horizontal irregularities, and determine the performance of the building structure on horizontal irregularities, where based on the results of the analysis of the response spectrum to the base shear for the first result the static shear force is still greater than the dynamic shear force.dynamic response spectrum needs to be multiplied by factor using the V/Vt calculation. Then the final result of multiplying the scale factor with a dynamic shear force of ( Vi = 6652.753 ) and a static base shear force (V = 6652.752 ) which is where the SNI 1726 – 2019 regulation is Vi 0.1 V , for the value of the deviation between floors in the X direction and Y all of the deviations have met the requirements, namely a (difference between permit levels) not exceeding the required value and the analytical results of the response spectrum for the performance level of the building structure according to ATC – 40 the maximum value of total drift and total in-elactic drift in the X direction is 0.0031 and in the Y direction is 0.0021. From the results above, it can be concluded that the AEON Tanjung Barat apartment building is included in the Immediante Occupancy (IO) performance level. At this level of performance, when an earthquake occurs, there is no structural damage, only a few non-structural damage so that reusedimmediately
