Abstract

Penelitian mengenai Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan dengan pendekatan standar terbaru yaitu menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2014) pembaruan dari Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana tingkat pelayanan jalan di segmen Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan pendekatan PKJI 2014 sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data melalui survey lalu-lintas, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Arus Lalu Lintas tertinggi adalah pada hari Senin pada pukul 06.47-07.02 sebesar 1747 skr/jam dengan Tingkat Pelayanan F dan terendah pada hari Rabu pukul 07.33-07.48 sebesar 999 skr/jam dengan Tingkat Pelayanan C. Hambatan Samping berbobot tertinggi berada pada hari Senin dengan frekuensi sebesar 77 dan terendah pada hari Rabu sebesar 61 Tingkat pelayanan segmen jalan Mayjen Sutoyo bervariasi perharinya antara C-F. Tingkat pelayanan di Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo dapat dikatakan buruk dengan bervariasi Tingkat Pelayanan F dihari kerja, yang artinya perlu adanya perbaikan dari segi rekayasa lalu lintas, karena sudah tidak memenuhi kriteria PKJI 2014, dimana dalam PKJI 2014 disarankan nilai derajat kejenuhan mesti berada dibawah nilai 0.85 atau tingkat pelayanan jalan tidak dibawah D dengan karakteristik arus lalu lintas mendekati tidak stabil, namun kecepatan masih dikendalikan./ Research on Road Service Levels with the latest standard approach is using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014) updated from the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997), which aims to analyze the extent of road service levels on segment Mayjen Sutoyo road. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel with the 2014 PKJI approach, while for data collection through traffic surveys, the method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the research, the highest Traffic Flow is on Monday at 06.47-07.02 at 1747 skr/hour with Service Level F and the lowest on Wednesday at 07.33-07.48 at 999 skr/hour with Service Level C. Side Barriers with the highest weight are at Monday with a frequency of 77 and the lowest on Wednesday of 61. The level of service for the road segment of Major General Sutoyo varies between CFs per day. There is a need for improvement in terms of traffic engineering on Mayjen Sutoyo Street since it does not fulfill the standards set forth by the 2014 PKJI. According to the 2014 PKJI, it is recommended that the degree of saturation should be below 0.85 or that the quality of road service is not below D with the characteristics of the traffic flow approaching unstable, but the speed is still controllable.
